Beautiful Blacksburg home not too far from downtown. Backyard is gorgeous and the hosts are super nice!

Ruth was such a wonderful host! She had everything we could have possibly needed for our short weekend getaway, and the basement itself was very spacious.

This Airbnb was fantastic. We will definitely stay again. James was incredibly responsive and kind with his answering my million questions before our stay. Any issues we had during our stay (we couldn’t figure out how to work the A/C and ran out of propane), James IMMEDIATELY assisted with. Location was private (this is a shared home) and a great location super close to the state park. We were able to park our boat on site to put it in at the park. Home was very clean and comfortable. I have mobility issues so I will say that while the high bed made us feel like royalty, it was a slight challenge to get in and out of but that is solely due to my mobility issues and anyone who does not have those concerns will be fine. While it is a shared home, we never heard anyone upstairs and hope that our noise didn’t bother the owner. Our kids loved the hot tub after a day out on the lake. James does not require you to do a ton of chores at check out like other Airbnb’s, which was nice.

The place is gorgeous! I really enjoyed the quiet surroundings and the location. I even spotted a black bear cub (from a safe distance) as I was leaving! This would be a great place to explore if you have more time. Cheryl was very responsive and everything went smoothly. Special shoutout to the fantastic tub; the experience was very relaxing!

We were greeted upon arrival with a friendly face, as well as helpful hands. We wish we could have stayed longer and the weather was better. It would have been nice to take advantage of all that was offered. We enjoyed the vintage pinball machines and how comfortable this place was.

Outstanding! The place was actually better than the pics! Peaceful and relaxing and plenty of fun things to do. Very clean, manicured and updated! We didn't want to leave and we'll be back!

Stephen's place was clean and just as described! Bed was comfy and we appreciated the morning coffee. We walked around the neighborhood and saw deer and lots of song birds--peaceful and enjoyable:)

Wonderful place My husband and two friends stayed at Kent's place for a couple of days of hiking in the surrounding mountains and the place was absolutely perfect! Very spacious ( bigger than the pictures suggested ) super clean, quiet, peaceful and in easy driving distance to the places we wanted to go to. Kent clearly is very interested in providing the best place possible for his guest thank you!

We had a great stay here! This accommodation had all we needed and anticipated our wants as well. Cyndy was very gracious and responsive. There were snacks and drinks provided which was a welcome surprise. Worth a visit!

It was our third stay at Lynn’s place. We just love it so much! No other place can compare to the peace and quiet here. The privacy. Lynn and Larry are always so warm and friendly and we feel like family already! The place is just right for two. The couch is cozy if you choose to lounge and watch a movie. The bed by the window is a favorite for reading! The bathroom is squeaky clean and bright! We can’t say enough wonderful things about Webb’s Waterfront Retreat! It’s a true treasure!

Location and accommodations were perfect for our needs. Home was modern and tidy. Jamie/host was very friendly and communicative.

Talk about a beautiful relaxing weekend! Lisa and Ron were spectacular. All spaces were clean and we felt so relaxed!

We enjoyed our time at the Hokie Hideaway- there were three of us and there was plenty of room to spread out and relax between the planned activities we had for graduation. The hosts left a fridge full of drinks, a cabinet with snacks and a box of Carol Lee donuts. While this is a basement apt, the hosts did a nice job of making it cozy. Great communication with hosts.

My fiancé and I stayed at Jennifer’s home while visiting my brother who attends Virginia Tech. The most peaceful stay! We felt right at home, with cozy amenities and lovely decor that added a personal touch. The tranquility of the farm, combined with beautiful views and the sounds of nature in the morning, created a serene atmosphere. Super easy check-in and it had absolutely everything we needed! I had a quick question when we checked in and Jennifer responded immediately. Highly recommend! Thank you!
