Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Rizal

The unit is just right for us. It has all the things you need on your stay. You can cook if you want and if you want to just order out, there are a ton of restaurants and fast-food shops located just outside the subdivision. The amenities are great. Our daughter really enjoyed the pool, we are planning our next stay!!!

absolutely loved my stay. The unit was extremely cozy and the air conditioning was very strong and kept the entire unit cool. I also loved that, nearby there is an alfamart where you can buy groceries whenever you need, along with a coffee shop which is so convenient. The only criticism I could give is that the showers seems partially clogged since it drains slow, so you'll have to take quick showers.

This is the first place I’ve booked that I truly loved. The unit is beautiful, complete with all the essentials, smells fresh, and is exceptionally clean—no cockroaches at all, which helped me sleep comfortably. I really appreciated the small selection of items available in the fridge, all reasonably priced. I genuinely hope they continue to maintain the cleanliness and quality of the unit. Highly recommended!

I booked this for my cousins as we were already staying at another unit and they surely loved your place especially since the beds and linens are all clean and comfortable and the tower’s proximity at the entrance and exit is a big plus too. Highly recommended and host is very responsive to our inquiries.

Jet's place is outstanding. We stayed for the month of February and I have to say that this is the nicest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. The kitchen is great if you love to cook. There's an oven, a quality stove and quality pots/pans/utensils. The area is also super fun to explore. The building is connected to a very nice mall & there's a gym downstairs. The building has a water service and the apartment itself has a very nice washer/dryer. I'm a digital nomad and this is the first place I've ever stayed where there weren't any problems with the wifi. I would recommend Jet's place highly to any traveler.

Great place! Emikah even allowed us flexible check in/out! Though we had issue on electricals, Emikah was quick to sort them out and was very helpful. The place has hotel-feels and we loved it! Will definitely book this place again when needed.

Rose is a very nice host very accommodating and easy to communicate with we loved our stay there very satisfied.... we had a problem with transport after check out and rose kindly allowed us to stay until we sorted it out thanks so much Rose we love your place so much

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

Peaceful Tagaytay feels without the toll fees. Easily accessible from the main road (near Martessem) and as promised, sedan-friendly. Just use the coordinates they provide upon booking. The house, lanai, pool and fire pit are accessible by sturdy and slightly steep concrete stairs. The online team ably answered all our inquiries and the onsite team were a huge help, doing small errands for things like salt, pepper and ice, and assisting with the stove and when something leaked in the downstairs bathroom due to the water pressure (it was low the night before and high in the morning). Due to rainy weather on Day 1, we hung out in the first floor of the house with the big floor to ceiling screen doors bringing in the cool weather and keeping out the insects. Enjoyed the lanai and pool on Day 2, but the firepit was still flooded in the sitting area so we were not able to use it. Also had ample sleeping space for our group of 9. Overall, would recommend Marc's place!

Sir John, and his co host is very nice and responsive. Location is very accessible and near Walter mart etc. which is very convenient. Though, there was a power shut down due to accident, Sir John offered a refund as a kind gesture for inconvenience. We loved his place , we feel at home 🏠.

Our stay at Pandora was fantastic! The unit was exactly as pictured: clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the comfortable bed and the stunning city view from the window. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and many great restaurants within walking distance. Jac was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. I've been visiting his unit since 2023 and it always feels like home. He always make sure that my friends and I will have a wonderful stay. Thank you Jac for always welcoimng me to your home. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone visiting the City!

Paolo's place is definitely the perfect and ideal place for family staycation. Equipped with literally everything you need should you decide to cook food or even wash your dirty clothes. The wifi is also fast and had no issues even with our own mobile networks while inside. I also like its cleanliness and free of clutter! Highly-recommended!
