Islam is incredibly helpful and friendly, making the stay smooth and welcoming from start to finish. He’s set up the place really well, it’s cozy, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. The outdoor sitting area is lovely, perfect for relaxing, and his coffee is genuinely some of the best I’ve had during a trip. Highly recommended!

This the 2nd time I rented this unit. The space is great and the apartment is very clean. Great location with many parking lots. And the host Abdullah is very helpful and a quick response. For sure I will be back again in one of their units.

I stayed here for 3 nights and it became one of my best memories in Riyadh. The space is cozy and welcoming — it truly feels like a home away from home. I met amazing people from all over the world, and every evening felt like a little gathering of global friends. We’d cook in the kitchen, share meals, and have tea in the courtyard while chatting under the stars. A perfect spot for both travelers and those on short work trips. Highly recommend if you’re looking for community and comfort!
