The location is along the Italian border so you can visit Slovenian and Italian places which are accessible within an hour's drive: Soča river, Lipica, Postojnska and Škocjanska cave, Goriška Brda (wine region), Piran, Sistiana, Trieste, Grado, Venice.

Literally downstairs there are a Bar, the Pharmacy and various Restaurants and Pizzerias. Last but not least, ultra-wide windows and a 55" TV Screen, Netflix included.

Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

The Tiny House at B&B Gardens of the Ardo is a room with unique features. It is overlooking a magnificent natural landscape, overlooking the mountains and the deep gorge of the Ardo Stream. The large window allows you to get into bed and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. The furniture is designed to be able to perform all functions as in a mini house. Ca' Cecina

The accommodation, renovated in 2023, has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds that can become a double bed if necessary, and there is a sofa bed in the living room. Each room has an independent air conditioner, a large kitchenette with everything you need, and on the ground floor there is a laundry room with a washing machine and an ironing board. Parking is always available in the vicinity of the house.

In a few kilometers you can reach sea, mountain and river by car and why not, by bike. Just a ten-minute drive away you can also reach the train stations of Latisana and Codroipo. The accommodation is on the ground floor of our residence, this allows us to always be at your disposal. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

You will find the train station and bus station within a 5-minute walk and just a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Lignano and Bibione. Thanks to its location, the apartment is supplied by supermarkets, pharmacies and bars. Within walking distance of the beautiful Tagliamento River, you can enjoy a walk along the river bank.

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
