You will be a 2-minute walk from the school park, a 5-minute walk from the hospital center, the Premier Tech center and Lafontaine Street (Bars, restaurants, etc.). The apartment is on the second floor which gives you a beautiful view of the river and the city of Rivière-du-Loup. I am the owner-occupant of this Duplex, so easily reachable.
