An impeccable apartment, in a super central area, with parking a few blocks away that solved the problem of parking in Genoa. All the details you can imagine, it seems recently renovated, I felt right at home. Very attentive to the host.

Amazing stay!

This was a wonderful and affordable place to stay in Nice for 3. It is within walking distance of the beach or other attractions or public transport is close by and easy to navigate. Philippe was an excellent host and very proactive to check on us and communicate. We appreciate his kindness and all of his efforts to assure we were taken care of and felt welcomed.

Roberto's house is highly recommended, it was like being at our own home!! We enjoyed the breathtaking view, pool and sea! There is a public beach with sand 5 minutes' walk away, great for children!! Roberto was very helpful!! Mrs. Marie at check-in is also very nice!! we will definitely be back!!!

We had a nice stay and Alessandro was really friendly. The bikes came in very handy :)

Absolutely incredible experience! I can only recommend this Airbnb! Also the hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful and super understanding! The Airbnb is so beautifully decorated and located right in the center of Le Cannet. We absolutely fell in love with that small city and airbnb, it felt straight out of a movie, super romantic!

Very nice apartment, extremely well-equipped and 1 min walk to the center and parking included in the rental (which is appreciated because it is difficult to find a place otherwise). Air conditioning is a real plus given the heat. Lots of recommendations and communication with Magali and Cédric was perfect. Attention for people with reduced mobility, it is located on the 3rd floor without elevator. Lively neighborhood during the day, and can be a little noisy at night but the hosts have nothing to do with it.

The location was perfect for our needs; near the railway station. The apartment was quiet even though it is on a busy, lively street. We appreciated handy access to the building’s elevator and use of an efficient washing machine in the apartment. There were easy to follow instructions for all the appliances and Chris was very responsive with queries. Don’t hesitate to make your booking before this place is snapped up! Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

After a few busy days in Nice, exactly what we were looking for. A great house with a fantastic pool in a beautiful setting. During the day we were able to relax well, grill something delicious and in the evening we visited St. Tropez. Karine has excellent taste and the house is both lovingly furnished and everything is beautifully and tastefully decorated... you immediately felt at home. There is a beautiful beach right within walking distance, be sure to bring the bikes to explore the area. Great bike paths along the coast. Karine sent valuable restaurant tips right after arrival. We'll definitely be back. Thank you.

It was a great stay. We felt very comfortable. The apartment was as described and the pool and garden even more beautiful than in the pictures. The hosts were incredibly nice and everything went very smoothly. The location is fantastic. Beach and city are within walking distance. Supermarket around the corner. An oasis in the middle of the city. We felt very comfortable!

There were three of us at Celine and Julien's house in early May 2025. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thank you both for that. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting extensive hikes. The pool offers a very nice and popular way to refresh afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen is huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. Olivier’s villa was absolutely beautiful and even better in real life. The villa was absolutely stunning and well equipped for 8 of us. The outdoor space was amazing with the seating and dining areas as well as the pool. The villa was very close to Saint Tropez (around 15 mins by car) and was in a peaceful secluded spot. Olivier was very fast at replying to any requests. I can’t wait to visit again!

I really enjoyed this short stay at Françoise's (professional setting). The apartment was as described and very quiet. Françoise and her husband were really very welcoming, going so far as to pick me up from the train station and offering to drop me off at the location of my conference. I would highly recommend it

We enjoyed our stay in Lavagna in Alessandro's apartment, tastefully furnished, with quality equipment, spacious and very comfortable. The people in the neighborhood where we stayed were very friendly and we felt comfortable right away. There is a baker and a fresh pasta caterer a few meters from the apartment which are a real plus. Alessandro was good-natured, very friendly and answered all our questions quickly, whether about the accommodation or activities in the area. We'll go back for sure.

Great place to stay in the middle of Nice in a perfect location. You are 2 minutes from the sea and the Promenade des Anglais. 10 minutes to the old town, many restaurants and bars are very close. The place is tastefully decorated. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed breakfast on the small terrace every morning! Mylene is a very friendly and always helpful hostess.

Lovely little apartment with a beautiful view of the hills and Docklands in front. Would definitely recommend.

We had the most amazing stay at Alains place. The location was amazing and the view was so beautiful! They were very helpful with storing our luggage upon arrival and were ready to help with any questions! Right across from the main promenade! Grocery store was a 2 minute walk away, lots of stores near by. It was great to enjoy the beautiful terrace with a glass of wine after a long travel day before heading out for dinner! Would love to stay here again!

Our stay with Agnese was wonderful. Instructions were easy to follow, and everything was exactly as described. Only note is that there is no air conditioning, but other than that, beautiful place to stay

My recent stay was complete perfection. The apartment was fully equipped and immaculately clean. Our hosts were super helpful, friendly and attentive. Their place felt private & peaceful with multiple options for excellent transport links. Overall could not recommend enough and cannot wait to return!

The apartment was beautifully decorated in a stylish Saint-Tropez vibe – clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for us: peaceful, yet close to the Marina of Cogolin with nice restaurants just around the corner. It was great not having to go into Saint-Tropez every time. We really enjoyed our stay!
