Our backyard has a firepit with adirondack chairs, a grill, and even 'smores kits. Plus, we have two bikes that you can use to cruise the neighborhood! The bikes even have cell phone holders & drink holders.

You will have access to an outdoor dining space and fenced in backyard. Dogs live on premises but will not interfere, although you may hear barking. Sofa bed available if needed, please inquire.

Our home has been converted into a Duplex, with this being located in the back and a quiet office located in the front of the building.

The house is located very close to great nightlife in the Riverside historic area, but it is in the rear of the property and very peaceful. There are great food options ranging from hole in the wall to some of the finest dining spots in the city.
