House vacation rentals in Riverfront, Wilmington

We had a great week long vacation! The pool was a hit with the kids, the house was clean and big enough for the two families who vacationed together. Diana was wonderful and responsive. I would absolutely stay again!

Loved our stay and our toddler enjoyed being in the pool. Great outdoor locations and amenities. Friendly and helpful host. Looking forward to stay in future.

This place is like a retreat!! Wonderful salt water pool and hot tub. Lovely home! High quality cotton bedding/towels, a bonus!! Loved the kitchen for meals. Owner responsive and property well maintained. We will be back!

We really enjoyed staying here. The pool was great. The house is within minutes from several restaurants and just a 15 minute drive to the beach. The house is as described and shown in photos. Gennaro was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Thanks for having us!

we had 4 generations from NY CALIFORNIA AND NC variety of ages. we loved everything about our stay. beautiful backyard w great lounging while kids played endlessly in pool. The house was well stocked w our needs and very clean. Having TVS in all rooms were great. in a heartbeat I would return! we walked the neighborhood which was safe and inviting. lastly my mom and myself loved the flowers and landscaping. our stay was worth every penny!!

We had a wonderful weekend stay with family at this beautiful home. We loved spending time at the beach and then coming home relaxing by the pool. Having pool towels provided was a great bonus! Alex and Lexi were very responsive and reassuring when we reached out about a few cleaning issues we noticed. Overall, it was a great experience — highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing weekend getaway with a pool!

We had a great stay-Jeanine was a helpful and responsive host and her home is absolutely lovely. We were staying in town for UNCW student orientation and this home was a perfect location for our family of 5. It is close to the university, close to the beach, and also close to the downtown river district. The home is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The pool is stunning and very well maintained. It is such a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The home is very spacious, comfortable, and serene in decor and furnishings. Lovely!

Our stay was a very enjoyable experience, from all of the extra amenities that were available to us to enjoy (our young adult kiddos loved the bikes!!!), to the all over cleanliness of the house. The proximity between the beach and downtown was perfect for us and I loved the creative touches of the decor throughout.

Although there are a couple small areas that can be improved, I still give it a 5-star review! The location is excellent: the place is located in historic area in Downtown Wilmington, waking distance ( within 10 minutes) to a lots good restaurants, bars, and the riverwalk! We enjoyed the downtown vibe by just walking within few minutes, and also enjoyed the quiet time during the night! Perfect location! The place is newly and very well renovated, very clean and comfortable! So comfortable, we did not even went to go out sometimes! Even though it’s street parking, parking has never been an issue during our 2 weeks staying! We could be able to park right in front of the place every time! The host - Sabeer Christian provided outstanding customer service! Very very appreciative the help we received! We are very satisfied during our staying here, will definitely come back again!

Shellreef’s place was perfect for my family of 4. His place was extremely clean and the communication was top notch. I would highly recommend his place to anyone looking for a great stay near River Walk. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Check in was very simple, good communication our entire stay. We relied on the host guide for food recommendations, and had two amazing meals at places we had not been to before. When we asked about alternate beaches, they responded immediately with suggestions, kept in touch with us the entire trip. The neighborhood is very walkable and close to all things Riverfront. We enjoyed being in the historic area, were able to appreciate mansions, and local pubs. Would definitely stay here again!

We chose this location for a family wedding - and we are so happy we did! Close to everything without it being too busy of an area! Ben was welcoming immediately upon booking, offering any assistance we may need, and they provided a full list of places to enjoy, to live “like a local!” The beds were comfortable, the living space open and clean, and our children enjoyed our evenings on the front porch, watching the world go by! While we didn’t need to use any of it during our short stay, there is a HUGE convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit, as well as a full kitchen with everything we could have needed. There was even a bag of beach toys that our kids are already planning to use the next time we book this location! We WILL definitely plan to be back for our next family visit, and we highly recommend this perfect space just outside of Downtown Wilmington!

We had a wonderful stay at Mary’s ! We loved the location near the historic riverfront district. The kitchen was best equipped I’ve ever seen in an Airbnb and it had everything you need to feel like it was a home away from home. Also loved being able to bring our dog and the little touches for her . We hope to be back soon !

We really enjoyed our stay. It was great being able to walk to dinner. There were many restaurants in walking distance so we had a variety to choose from.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Traveling with two toddlers can be a challenge, but this home was truly accommodating and made everything so much easier. The space was clean, cozy, and safe for little ones—plenty of room for them to play, and even a few thoughtful touches like baby & toddler toys & a pack ‘n play (which was a lifesaver!). The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, and we were close to family-friendly spots. The host was responsive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with young children!

Loved staying here. Was in a great location and very central to everywhere I wanted to go in Wilmington.

Had such a perfect girl’s weekend with 2 of my friends! We were close enough to walk to all of the downtown restaurants (about 15-20 minute walk). This place had so many things that not many Airbnb’s offer (toiletries that are actually worth using, qtips and cotton balls, a stocked espresso machine, wet bar accessories, outdoor fridge, hair dryers, dishwasher pods and laundry pods, the list goes on). These things alone made us want to book this place in the future. Lynne was so quick to respond and had super easy and detailed instructions for our stay. We will definitely be back!!

The house was as described, nicely decorated, and in a great location. Although it was hot and we mostly drove, many things were walkable if you choose. We were very comfortable in the house and had everything we needed.

The place is very clean and as described. Amenities are good and supplies are orderly. Communication was clear and timely. Location is walkable to many things downtown and a great sandwich shop around the corner. Overall a very good experience. Only nitpick is that the front bedroom is not very private as it opens directly onto the living room. It wasn’t a problem for our group but FYI.

absolutely enjoyed our stay. it was just for the night and we were quite busy with activities, so we didn’t get to enjoy all that this space provided. honestly I would love to come back on a solo trip and have a slow weekend here, walking to nearby coffee shops and reading books in the cozy chair in the living room. The lighting was great and makes the space light and airy. The kitchen is perfect for making a meal and having a cup of coffee. I took pictures of the bathroom because I was inspired to repaint and decorate my own bathroom. 😅 Leanne was very proactive and responsive. She even provided coffee creamer which is such a small yet meaningful detail! I definitely will be back in the future!

Great stay. The houseboat was beautiful, pristine and easy to get to and from parking. The balcony was peaceful and all the amenities were there as advertised. Highly recommend staying here. The staff was responsive, easy to reach and friendly! 5/5 stars

Ellen & Mike are excellent host. Their proactive communication answered many of our questions before we asked them. They have done a tremendous job with this property and they sincerely cared about our experience. Well Done!

Grant’s place was very clean and is situated perfectly for concert-goers and vacationers! We were able to walk to the BEST local restaurants (The Jelly Cabinet, Brunch Thyme, Don Luca Pizzeria, and Boombalatti’s) and to the concert venue with no issue. At no point did my wife, sister, or I feel unsafe. 10/10 would recommend!
