Vacation rentals with beach access in Riverfront, Wilmington

This was our first Airbnb experience since selling our timeshare last year. Andres & Emily made everything easy! Great check in and check out instructions. The condo was very clean, with all of the amenities they listed in their description. The bed was clean and comfortable and the living room was nicely decorated with a couch, coffee table and television. Highly recommend eating at Island Burger and Pops Diner, which are nearby. The boardwalk was only 2 blocks over. I also found a beautiful starfish necklace (I've been looking for a nice one for awhile) at a boutique called Salty Chic...very cool store located in the Publix shopping center. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and would also highly recommend Andres And Emily's condo, especially for a couple.

Beautiful place literally across the street from the beach! Quiet neighborhood and a walkable distance to the boardwalk with tons of shops and fantastic restaurants. The host was very responsive and helpful! Loved our stay here

Perfect, old-school beach getaway! We loved parking ourselves on the “lifeguard stand built for two” and just watching: the waves, the wildlife, the surfers, the sky…soooo relaxing and just what we needed to unwind for a few days. We loved the laid back vibe of the place and the hosts!

We spent a beautiful and relaxing week at Wendy & Jeff's Seascape. The place is EXACTLY like the photos, the view from the balcony is a dream!! Waking up to the ocean sounds every morning is something we will never forget. The apartment is very well-stocked with all the items you need to enjoy the beach, clean up afterward (lots of hot water and good shower pressure!) and cook a delicious meal (plenty of kitchen gadgets). Very easy to walk around the neighborhood, up to the pier for quick eats, or less than a mile to the little mini-mart. Parking is easy. Area is safe. The pool area across the street was clean and fun too! The hosts gave excellent, clear instructions for arrival/departure and even checked in on us via the app during our stay. Excellent location and the space was outstanding. Private, roomy, had all we needed for laundry and meal prep. Great light in the living room, plenty of room for five of us to relax. Stout concrete building - didn't hear anything from the ice cream shop below us (which serves good ice cream, by the way). We'll be back!

This was such a cozy, peaceful, beautiful space. Walt was the best host and we will definitely be coming back! 10/10 this was the perfect trip thanks to our stay here

This Airbnb has so much charm and character! The kitchen was stocked with all the spices and condiments we needed, especially for cooking seafood. There are so many little activities included. For example; a sound system, card games, and outdoor equipment (chairs, skim board, shovel). Sam is a wonderful host, very attentive. One evening, a small situation came up and he responded to our message immediately. In fact, he showed up to help at 11 pm! We truly enjoyed our stay. Wrightsville is such a special place. I highly recommend staying here if you are ever in town!

This was an absolutely lovely stay. The property is immaculate and extremely charming. The kitchen is newly renovated and has everything you could need to make a nice meal. . The beds are beyond comfortable. Chad is an incredible host. We loved coming home to snacks and coffee. Wilmington is a lovey very walkable town with many restaurants and shops. We will be coming back soon as the purpose of this trip was to help our daughter prepare for the arrival of our first grandchild. We hope to be able to book Chad's place again.

We had the opportunity to stay at Mary’s home to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday! Everything was beautifully decorated, clean, and organized. I especially appreciated Mary’s communication prior to our arrival in helping to accommodate my special requests. Even with a minor miscommunication regarding sleeping arrangements for my daughter, she was quick to provide alternative solutions. Even though this was a personal trip, as a travel advisor, these are all wonderful qualities I look for when booking for my clients. I will definitely keep Mary’s home in my Rolodex of files to send my clients if they are in the area. Mary, thanks again for helping to contribute to a memorable experience for my mother’s milestone birthday celebration!

A very nice place, if you want to spend a great time relaxing this is the right place, at night there is a lot of noise, but you arrive tired and relaxed from the beach that doesn't even bother you to sleep.

This was a wonderful housing experience! The house was cozy and clean and had plenty of space for all the members of our family. It was in a fantastic location that was extremely convenient for us to get to stores and restaurants. Would 10/10 recommend. Kermit and Amy instructions were very clear, and they answered my questions right away, …A very attentive host team.

We really enjoyed our stay , we were looking for a place close to Live Oak Pavilion and this was the perfect spot an easy 6 min drive . About 25-30 minutes to the beach. Be prepared to pay for parking at the beach . $60.00 was a bit of a surprise, but no reflection on our host or our stay here. Everything was as pictured. Very well maintained , beds slept well . It was a win, win, for myself and 2 other couples. We would definitely recommend to our friends.

We really enjoyed staying here. The pool was great. The house is within minutes from several restaurants and just a 15 minute drive to the beach. The house is as described and shown in photos. Gennaro was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Thanks for having us!

The Frenchie was fantastic and we loved staying here! The neighborhood felt safe and the back yard was a huge bonus with kids. There was one bedroom separated from the others, which ended up being perfect for my brother, who doesn’t have kids and appreciated the privacy and quiet. I would absolutely stay here again during our next trip to Wilmington.

Awesome place! It looked exactly like the pictures. It’s also in close proximity to a lot of things. Everything was clean and in good condition. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

It was our 40th anniversary and we decided that we wanted to go to our favorite beach in North Carolina. We could see the ocean from this apartment and a very short walk to the beach. Enjoyed sleeping on the beds and having 2 bathrooms were fantastic. AC was great and water pressure in shower, was too. They had everything you needed and didnt lack on the supplies. It was a memorable vacation that we will never forget. Thanks Curtis

I had an awesome stay at Christy’s place in Carolina Beach! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants. The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Christy was a fantastic host—very friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. You can tell she really cares about her guests. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Renee and Bill were awesome. I messed up my travel dates, and they really worked with me. A+ The place is awesome, we dined on the desk every meal, which has a great view of the ocean. You don't need to rent chairs or an umbrella, they have it all, including a great beach wagon to haul everything you need to the beach. Recently remodeled, the place was spotless. Also the most comfortable mattress of any place I've rented, hands down. We will be renting this place again, I don't think you can do better.
