Chalet vacation rentals in River Somme

Hi, We arrived in the middle of the night without any worries for a weekend in the countryside. Nice little cottage with garden and close to the forest of Crécy-en-Ponthieu (20 min). Thank you for this stay and the welcome.

We were very sorry to be pulled away from the chalet earlier than expected, because it is such a great little place that has been made with a lot of love and thought. We loved all the nice things provided for the guests - board games, outdoor games, books. Everything you need for a cosy few days! Extremely friendly and warm hosts, we enjoyed getting to know them. Highly recommend!

A perfect place to stay for a couple of nights whilst visiting a local event. The host was outstanding, allowed us a very late check in and was very communicative. Will defiantly be back!!

Very good rental close to Berck! The photos exactly match reality. Peaceful, quiet place, surrounded by nature. The accommodation is in a very good location with complete privacy. To be repeated, it's a great value for the money

Had a lovely stay at Valerie's with my 2 boys. Everything was practical, the accommodation well-equipped, the small terrace on the side is perfect for meals out of sight, there is greenery it is really a beautiful place. I would recommend this beautiful little cottage. Thanks

We had a great week at this bucolic cottage! The place is quiet, close to beautiful walks and the chalet is equipped with the necessary comfort. Recommended without hesitating.

Very nice short stay with family . Very welcoming, smiling and friendly host. Proposed hot tub, pool and jeep tower to take a ride through the forest. Charming little house isolated from the eyes of others but not far from the hosts in case of problems which is very good . Opportunity to walk and meet the goats and horses which made our 3-year-old daughter happy. Possibility to shop not too far away and next to some nice places to do. Beauvais Cathedral/Saint Paul Park… We recommend this small place of charm and calm . We wish Philippe and his family well and lots of beautiful things .

Fantastic peaceful stay. Plenty of room inside. Lots of room outside for the kids to play. Man on checked that we had everything we needed. Perfect stay before our ferry.

The experience of the wooden house in the middle of the marsh is recommended for all those who like the connection with nature. A place where you can feel good.

We had an enchanting stay! The place is peaceful and what a joy to enjoy the Nordic bath, the terrace and the living room with views of the pond and the animals (squirrel, frogs, geese, birds, duck and their young). Everything was true to the description and photos and the check-in and checkout instructions were very clear. We highly recommend this place.

Beautiful cottage with lots of charm. The living rooms are very nice, the bedrooms very comfortable (very good bedding). The chalet is really well equipped (kitchen , equipment, linen, baby child equipment, etc.) . The ping pong table served us well too! And the garden is really very pretty! (we were in winter, we imagine it was superb in the beautiful season!) We received the instructions for the listing very quickly and in detail. Fabienne and Christophe were really accommodating for check-in and check-out times which allowed us to enjoy our weekend. And following a technical incident, Christophe was very responsive in helping us "by the minute"! Thank you! We recommend it!

Charming accommodation 800 m from the beaches and the town center. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. All amenities are close, the village center is pleasant, ideal for relaxing and having fun with the family. The accommodation is clean, carefully decorated, very cozy. A small downside on the size of the bed, nothing insurmountable for a weekend! :) Hélène gave us directions, advice and was attentive and responsive. Perfect spot for a few days of relaxation. The accommodation has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people, however, the common areas and the overall size of the accommodation were perfect for 3 people. We recommend and warmly thank our host.

Very nice accommodation, especially for its atypical and "cozy" side, but large enough for two people, and quiet. The breakfast prepared by Laurent and Isabelle was excellent and very pleasant. Finally, the location of the accommodation seemed ideal to us: both not too far from the Somme Valley, while being far enough from the very touristy areas.

Very pleasant short stay, the chalet is cozy, clean, nothing to say, accessible on foot and street parking easy at this time of year, we highly recommend, restaurant and other amenities nearby. We'll be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sylvie’s place. Great garden with private tennis court!! We especially enjoyed the garden since our dog could roam freely in it. Sylvie responded quickly to our questions and the check-in was easy. Thank you Sylvie! :)

We had a lovely weekend in this well-appointed cocoon house, especially with a very nice flowered garden. The local shops and the tourist office are indeed at the rendezvous and within walking distance; a plus when you want to get rid of the car. In this season, the road is quiet to keep tranquility on the ground floor which is directly connected to the street through the window door. Finally, the neighbor on the left was welcoming and not noisy.

Great stay in the middle of nature, the space is very peaceful and wild , we were able to fish and boat on the pond. Homes are very simple and the equipment is basic but that's what we were looking for! The village is ideally located to discover the Bay of Somme.
