Julie is a great host! She had the place ready well before check-in. She communicated promptly and the location was fantastic. Easy to get around, close to downtown, walkable to restaurants!

I loved my stay at Erica's & Brianna's. They were very responsive to my needs and requests for recommendations. The location is walkable to a little grocery store, some restaurants and cafés, etc. The apartment was just as listed and had some thoughtful touches (sunscreen in the bathroom, hand lotion by the sink). I used the kitchen a lot and thought it was perfect for a short stay. This is a basement apartment as listing says, so be prepared to go down a short set of stairs to get to the space, however there are some windows to help with the basement feel. Overall, excellent stay for a great price. I'd recommend it to anyone staying in the RiNO area!

Couldn’t have asked for better. This was a safe, comfortable, and convenient home away from home for my 73 and 77 year old parents. They loved the extras Craig tucked away for breakfast/snacks in the fridge and drawer and each appreciated greeting the morning on the attached back deck. Craig was available, friendly, and communicative from start to finish. And my goodness is it a great location. I live two blocks away so know very well how easy it is to walk a few minutes to the park, a few different groceries, and good restaurants. Thanks to their positive experience in the Botanic Room, my folks are excited to come back to Denver. Hooray!

Beautiful space with all the amenities you’ll need. The host was super responsive and attentive. This was a seamless and incredible stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Denver.

Great place to stay in a nice, walkable neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants and bars a short walk away. Place is nice — good kitchen; cozy bed. Will definitely come back next time I’m in Denver.

My father and I had an incredible stay here! Tamara was very kind and so were the home hosts. A big plus to see all the sweet dogs they were taking care of while we were there. We would recommend this place to anyone!

OK I am automatically in love with any house that has lions in the front - lol - but seriously, Hanna's place is something special. The bnb is around back and downstairs, and there are other units but everything was super quiet and cozy. The space has that very cool historic feel, with exposed brick and a really stylish combination of vintage and modern decor. You can feel/imagine the history but the kitchen/bath have been updated so you get the best of both worlds. Everything I needed (albeit a short stay) was available and the furnishings were super comfy. I wish I could have stayed longer! Hanna was a wonderful host, communicative from the start with clear instructions about where to go and how there were 2 codes for the 2 doors, to make sure in advance that I didn't run into any confusion. I had the pleasure of meeting her and her husband in-person on my way out, and just can't say enough lovely things about them or the stay in general. Thanks so much!

My family and I booked Billy’s house for my college graduation and it was better than we could have imagined! The house felt like home even though we only stayed 2 nights. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you might need. Billy was very accommodating and kind during our booking process and throughout the time we stayed. There is a cute back yard and the house is steps away from City Park which is very beautiful and has so much to offer. I’d recommend Billy’s home without hesitation to anyone visiting the area!

Clean modern place, nice bathrooms and lovely a/c for hot summer days, highly recommend Robs place for easy access to downtown, only 20ish minutes away!

Great place with everything we needed and walkable to groceries and restaurants! Loved the privacy and quiet neighborhood too.

We had a fantastic stay. The location is great with many walkable options for restaurants/bars/coffee shops. Everything was as described, and you can tell a lot of thought was put into the design on the place to make it very functional and aesthetically appealing. It was a great value for the price, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Such a clean place. It was perfect for a short trip to Denver to go to the zoo. We were able to walk there in 18 minutes. The only down side is the stairs leading to the front door. It was hard to carry the stroller, luggage and whatever else we needed to carry. But, still very doable! Would 100% stay there again. Thank you!!

This is a great place to stay when around Downtown Denver. The park across the street is perfect to take the dog out. The property was large enough and clean, with many amenities. Amber was communicative and responsive.

Gold Star for Lauren! Starting with the welcome note describing the directions for the house: clear and precise.I could tell Lauren pays attention to details and cares about her property. This was an emotional weekend for us, and Lauren was extremely compassionate and aware of the circumstances. We ended up needing a new coffee pot and she was sure to have a brand new coffeepot delivered express to the house before the following morning. Knowing the import of the coffee ritual , IYKYK, we were so appreciative of the manifestation of that new pot and new coffee! The kitchen is well stocked , dishwasher works well, the W/D work well, WIFI works well, her choices for products all cruelty free and conscientious, great water pressure and her care for how it was feeling to us was apparent. Walkable to great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. The neighborhood is beautiful , peaceful and plenty of parking right in front of the house. I would most definitely stay again! The host was really good with communication and always responded very quickly. The Airbnb was beautiful and exactly as described. It was very easy to walk to Empower Field. The parking garage was small, but other than that it was a great!!

This Air BnB was so lovely! Stephanie has curated such a cool space. It was easy to get everywhere I wanted to go and close to the interstates. The listing says it’s noisy, which was true, but it normally died down by 11 PM. Parking was east to find around the building. Stephanie was very flexible and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb, perfectly located just a short walk from Union Station and the vibrant LoDo district. Surrounded by shops and restaurants, it was the ideal base to explore Denver. The apartment itself is thoughtfully and stylishly decorated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. You can really feel the personal touch the owners have put into the space—it feels less like a rental and more like a warm, welcoming home. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the hosts provided clear and helpful information not only about the flat but also about the neighborhood and the city. Heather was especially kind—always quick to respond and available for any questions we had, which made us feel very well taken care of. All in all, we truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return. Thank you for a lovely stay!

overall a nice stay! we only stayed one night but the condo met our needs. the unit could use a little TLC, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable, even the pull out couch! wonderful and accommodating hosts were friendly and extremely responsive. very secure unit with 2 exterior doors locked for security.

Great little place! A close drive to everything. Very clean. Finding parking was easy. Had everything we needed!

Fantastic location, five minute walk to Coors Field as well as just about all of the good restaurants. it’s quiet, spacious and has an incredible view of downtown & mile high stadium. Great helpful staff in the building. Just was on top of everything!!!

Zach’s penthouse was so cool! Lot's of character in a perfect location. It was close to downtown while being just far enough for peace and quiet. It was great to look out onto the city skyline as the sun was setting. This is truly a home that feels authentic and comfortable. Zach made check-in smooth and set us up with some drinks and helpful instructions on how to make the most of our trip. Thanks so much!
