Great place, has everything you need. The hosts were really responsive and helpful and made sure we had plenty of stuff for our baby whilst we were there i.e travel cot and high chair. We would definitely consider coming back!

We loved the location of this house. It was an easy Uber ride to downtown Dublin, but I loved the fact it was only 10 minutes from the ocean and 15 minutes from the airport. Jenny was responsive and helpful. I would recommend this place.

Great place to stay in Howth! Plenty of space for our family of 5 and easy to walk in to the town for a meal or an ice cream. Paul was a very accommodating and responsive host. We would certainly stay again.

This is a hidden gem, just enough off the beaten path to feel a little secluded and a very safe place to park a car. It’s comfortable and just like the pictures. David left us some breakfast foods which was especially nice the first morning after arrival. It’s an easy walk to St Stephen’s Green and great local pubs with fantastic food and really not hard to walk pretty much all of Dublin from there. It was the perfect home base for my family’s visit to Dublin.

We have just returned from a lovely break in Siobhan’s quaint Railway Cottage - at the end of a country lane just beside the railway line - appreciated by the train enthusiasts in our group. Siobhan welcomed us with scones (jam & cream too!). The cottage was spotlessly clean, the furnishings colourful & contemporary - so bright and airy. There was ample accommodation for our party of five, the kitchen had all we needed and a cute out house as well which had laundry facilities if required. A 5 min walk took us to the beach and from there up to Ardgillan Castle - lovely walk to do in the evening at low tide. The cottage is ideally placed to visit the North Dublin area - lovely coffee shops ( recommend The Goat in the Boat in Skerries - at the harbour!) and places of interest. We can definitely recommend the Railway Cottage accommodation with its lovely garden - wonderful host- would love to return if the opportunity arises! Thank you for everything Siobhan. Well maintained house, in a peaceful neighborhood, 15 minutes from the train station, and more than 30 minutes from the center of Dublin. Spacious rooms... very responsive host... little extra for the breakfast offered, gel shower, shampoo in all bathrooms... I recommend it.

We had a fantastic time staying at this lovely home, situated between city center and my work in Santry. We had a crazy time with all of our bags lost, but they were so wonderful…left us some brunch goodies and toiletries to help us until our bags arrived. Great info and advice for things to do, as well. There was a record player with some great albums ready to go, tons of cozy spaces to relax in after a long day. All-around wonderful stay! Great place! Just outside iof Dublin. Room for our larger family. Clean and tidy and as pictured. Well stocked kitchen. Gab welcomed us with a call to tell us we were able to check in and was very helpful throughout the stay. I definitely recommend Gab's place.

Grainne was very communicative before our trip and left a really useful book of information. The apartment was very spacious for 1 week's stay for 2 people. The WiFi connection was perfect and there was space for working remotely. The bedroom was standard enough - bed could have used a headboard but was comfortable enough. No heating in the bathroom. Living area was huge and very comfortable and warm. Nice balcony for when the weather was good! The apartment was very well equipped with the basics for cooking and with towels/sheets and toiletries for the week. We had a lovely stay and the location was perfect! Very close to the town centre, Dart station and the seafront.

I think this was the most fully set up airbnb I've ever rented. Marian had left bits for a fry, scones, snacks and even dog treats for our pup. There was milk/butter as well as everything needed to cook for yourself, things like oil, salt/pepper, ketchup etc. Perfectly sized tiny home, plenty of room downstairs in kitchen/livibg area. Cosy bedroom and ensuite upstairs. Clean, nicely decorated and slap bang in the middle of the town.

What a wonderful gem of a place to stay with great clean facilities & a fantastic host. Close enough for all travel into the city & around but far enough away for a quiet nights sleep. The hospitality of Julie was amazing, a wonderful, kind lady, nothing was too much trouble from lending us her leap card to recommending travel & sightseeing opportunities, she was happy to answer any questions we had & recommended a great local pub Gleesons only a 10 minute stroll away This is a fantastic place to stay 100% recommend- we will definitely return

In the 11 years we have been Airbnb members, we’ve never had a more helpful, attentive and friendly host as Niall. A safe location within easy walking distance of pubs, restaurants, and city sights. Kitchen had all we needed for our two nights in Dublin and the comfy bed was very welcoming to get over our jet lag from Florida. We highly recommend his apartment. Also very quiet at night. All you hear occasionally is a seagull’s mewing. Very relaxing.

Very good stay and location, with Ruani we had a quite active conversation at all times, a good apartment, quite cozy although with some details to improve, such as having an outlet in the bathroom to be able to heat the bathroom, which was quite cold at all times, or improve the mattress. Otherwise everything was perfect, the rest of the house was quite good, the heating worked perfectly just like the portable heat pump. In addition, the host provided us with breakfast, milk, cereals, among others. All kinds of utensils in the kitchen and towels in perfect condition. Very recommended.

Lovely home in beautiful neighbourhood close walk to gorgeous beach, and train station (quick 1 stop to charming village: little shops, cafes, bakery’s, church; friendly helpful people); within easy reach of Dublin City Center. Catherine was a wonderful host. Breakfast was great and Catherine went over and beyond to accommodate, including preparing a delicious early breakfast. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

Helen was very welcoming and helpful, made a lovely breakfast and gave us some good recommendations for evening meals out . Nice and quiet setting with stunning views .

Maeve and Ken are exceptional hosts. Very informative, helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Without their guidance of the city, the buses, and the local spots to check out we would've struggled to enjoy ourselves and feel confident about what we were doing. The location is great to be just outside the main city for some downtime, but a short enough ride to be able to go back and fourth to the city throughout the day. We would definitely recommend staying with them and we would be happy to stay again.

We’ve never experienced such a warm welcome and personal connection at an Airbnb as we did with Gareth! He’s a fantastic host – open, helpful, and full of great tips about the area. The place was spotless, very cozy, and had everything we needed. We immediately felt at home and truly welcomed. Absolutely recommended – we’d come back anytime!

We had primarily chosen this location because of the proximity to the Glendalough Estate as we were going to a music festival there on the Sunday. We really felt that we had found a gem as the cottage was so much more beautiful in reality with so many interesting objects and the most stunning garden. Tranquility itself. Hildi could not have been a better host; she was communicative, generous of spirit and ready to help whatever the request (the wellie boots we borrowed were particularly appreciated). So many thoughtful additions like the delicious homemade muesli and fruit bowl and most importantly a very comfortable bed with beautiful linen. Hildi had given us many superb recommendations in terms of eating out and places to visit, many of which we managed to follow up on. I was lucky enough to join in one of her yoga sessions and had the best night’s sleep in a long time. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would love to go back. Thank you Hildi for your wonderful hospitality.
