Vacation rentals with beach access in Rivabella

Tidy and clean apartment, modernly renovated and equipped with all the comforts. Also great for families with small children. In fact, the apartment is also provided on request with a high chair, changing table, and baby bathtub. (All new). Essential for those like me who travel with a baby. The beach is very close, in fact during my stay I did not need to take the car. The owner Linda was super kind, helpful and welcoming, always ready to respond to our needs. Highly recommended

We spent 2 really wonderful nights in Claudia and Alessandro's luxury apartment in Riccione. The house is exactly as shown in the photos: modern, very clean and cared for in every detail. The location is convenient for reaching both the sea and the center, but at the same time quiet for a good night's rest. Claudia and Alessandro were exceptional hosts, helpful and attentive to every request. They gave us great advice on restaurants and beaches and made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment to those looking for comfort, elegance and a warm welcome. We will definitely be back!

We had found the apartment and especially its location and decor appealed to us. It is not the cheapest apartment there but well worth it for the service and quality. Because our flight was seriously delayed we couldn't be in time for the key. We were able to pick it up in a hotel nearby, well arranged. The spare bed was also already made by Annalisa. Very nice if you arrive at night at 1:30 am. The apartment I think is 30 steps from the beach. So great location. We came for the fair in the Fiera and from Viserba that is very easy to drive to. The apartment is very clean and you will find everything you need for your stay. A downside; there is almost no hot water in the kitchen and that makes washing dishes a bit difficult. Otherwise completely fine, we will come here again next year!

Walter is a great host! He met us at the rail station in the midnight under a heavy rain and transfer us to his place. Very generous, thank you Walter. The apartment is in quiet building close to the beach. Walter gave us useful information about place to eat and to visit. One feels safe and comfortable having personal contact with such host. If you are going to Rimini, Walter is your man.

This is the second year we have returned to Gianfranco and it is always a very positive experience. The apartment is cozy and well-finished, Gianfranco is a very helpful person and communication with him is always optimal. It feels like being at home. It has certainly become our point of reference in Rimini

We are traveling with a 3 year old kid and were looking for a nice place for the whole family to stay in Fano for a week. Stefano made our stay here just great! Stefano was very helpful during check-in and check-out time, he met us for an early check-in and was super flexible with the late checkout as well. This was very convenient for us and much appreciated! Location is great- an easy walk to the beach (where Stefano have arranged sunbeds and umbrellas for all of us), and a short walk to the downtown too! the place has parking space for the car, and includes breakfast options, which we used daily. Overall it was a beautiful experience, our family gad a great time here!

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

We (married couple and three dogs) had a great holiday experience in every respect in the little paradise of Lorenzo & Monica. The house: maintained with a lot of love, care and pride, offers space inside and in the garden as well as privacy. The location: on the small hill enough far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists at the bottom of the promenade, but close enough to the sea (300m, small road down the slope), surrounded by greenery and nature. The hosts: flexible, polite and communicative (Lorenzo, with him the booking was arranged) as well as charming, helpful and host from Passion (Monica, who lives next door with her family). Maybe it is better if we stop with the praise now because we would like to come back next year - and don't want there to be no more space...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

For over two weeks, we enjoyed Rosie and Salvo's beautiful house together with our two pugs. The house is spacious, private but still close to the beach and center of Fano. The house has a beautiful garden. Anything you need is present. Salvo and Rosie are quick to reach and are helpful. We will definitely be back to this beautiful house and this amazing area Kiss Benno and Jeannette 🐾🐾 Maggie and Noortje

The reception by Elisa was fantastic. She had even taken the trouble to arrange an interpreter. We could ask anything and get an immediate answer. A very beautiful area with nice beaches. The place itself is also very cozy with plenty to do. You won't get bored. A very nice house, with a lovely garden. Everything very clean. We enjoyed it so much that we want to come back next year.

We felt very comfortable with Chiara. The apartment was clean and cute. Many small items such as toilet paper, salt, coffee or detergent were already available. Chiara always responded to messages quite promptly and was always courteous and friendly. In addition to answering questions, she also sent recommendations for activities in the area. The only thing we were missing in June was actually air conditioning, which 😅 we hadn't paid attention to before. Because it is only one room, it is difficult to create a draft. Otherwise, the area is quite quiet and you are 3 minutes' walk from the beach!

I enjoyed an amazing getaway in Rimini thanks to Veronica's place. Very well located, super close to restaurants, markets and above all public transport to get around easily. Veronica is always ready to help and make your stay as pleasant as possible. 100% recommended

Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.

we stayed here for a small relaxing vacation with our dog Kora, Francesco and Pamide were immediately very kind and friendly even with our dog!! Always ready to respond to our every need during our stay, also in giving us directions on places to visit and in providing us with directions to great bars and restaurants in the area. The house was clean, with a nice large terrace, and equipped with every comfort!Very close to the sea and all the facilities we needed! We practically never used the car! What to say... they made us feel at home!! Thank you!!!

Absolutely beautiful apartment centrally located. Very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to make a couple of meals. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything and having parking onsite was fabulous. The three terraces were wonderful and we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine on them! We would definitely stay there again! It was perfect for us! Alberto was the best host! He was so helpful from receiving a package for me to recommending restaurants etc! Super friendly and made us feel very welcome! Thank you Alberto!!

This home has the best view by far. Man has a beautiful view of the sea. The property allows you to watch the sunrise. The apartment is large and you have enough space with several people.

Excellent location a 5 minute walk from the waterfront, Fabrizio a fantastic host, the sofa bed is comfy, easy to check in and out, good value for money and easy to recommend for a group of friends.
