Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Riva Ligure

The place looks just like the photos. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped and the view is really spectacular. The only thing to note is all business are a 10-15 min walk away, there is nothing very close. But nonetheless I would stay again. One review mentioned a weird smell but I am have not noticed anything and I am very sensitive to odors. Marjorie was great to deal with :-)

Location, location, location! Fabulous modern, well equipped, quiet apt for two couples, overlooking the citadel. Loved the balcony with great view. Walkable to everything! Host very responsive. Plenty of good restaurants by sea in walking distance. TI one block away was very helpful. Bakery there also with bread and ready made sandwiches. Took Uber, bus and train to other towns easily-better than having a car. We can’t wait to return.

Apartment was really nice and comfortable. Super clean , Amazing views. Balcony was everything. Host left a few goodies for us like *vine & chips* and some other things. Really recommend it.

An incredible stay from a wonderful host. The apartment is fantastic and by far the best way to experience Monaco.

The apartment was an ideal one night stop-off in Monaco. It’s exactly as described in the listing and as per the photos - yes it’s small, but modern, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. We especially appreciated the outdoor courtyard directly behind the apartment for our dog to have a walk around in (you’ll also find a back gate in the courtyard which you can use for easy access in and out of the apartment block). Location-wise it’s well positioned, just a short walk to Monte Carlo and the casinos, with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants to try. Would happily recommend and stay again!

This apartment is perfect, located in an amazing neighborhood of the principality. Had everything I needed at my finger tips. Daphnee was helpful and informative! 10/10!!!

This was a truly unique space in the perfect part of town. Easy walk through town and to beach but still quietly positioned with an incredible view to enjoy throughout stay. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The most unique Airbnb experience you’ll ever have! I do think it would be worth mentioning that staying here involves a LOT of stairs - both to get to the place and since the house is set over four stories. It was a bit of a struggle dragging all of our luggage there. But it was all worth it! The place is newly renovated and clean. We very much enjoyed getting to know the (very) old Menton and living here gave us such an authentic experience! If you’re sporty and up for an adventure this is the place for you!

Erwin and Liliane are very friendly hosts, they live ‘next door’ but never intruded on our privacy. They were very helpful when we asked about anything (how to work the gas plancha, which villages to visit) The view is absolutely stunning. We had a large terrace plus the pool area to admire it from and of course the pool itself which I used every day. The area is a mix of busy coastal towns and quieter mountain scenery and villages. Great restaurant nearby. The apartment itself is a little old fashioned in places, but it had everything we needed. We were very happy there. Thank you Liliane and Erwin!

If you are debating booking this property just DO IT! Olga was the absolute sweetest host and showed us around the villa when we checked in. I had another property booked for months on Airbnb and they cancelled with less than 24 hours when I was already in France. Olga accommodated our last minute booking and literally saved our trip. The villa is a rare Airbnb where the photos truly don’t do it justice- it’s even more beautiful in person. The views are breathtaking and my children LOVED the pool. Olga even provided pool toys and there’s a mini trampoline on the property and so kid friendly. My kids didn’t want to leave to go to Nice and we just loved our stay in Menton

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. A real holiday home, warm and functional, as you don't see much anymore on AirBnb! The decoration is really neat, there is everything you need to cook and the view from the room is beautiful. We visited the area in 3 days without a car, the accommodation is accessible by the Vintimile bus. Thank you Maria, we would definitely recommend it!

Umberto gave us a friendly welcome and was always open and available for questions. The property is very quiet and you have a beautiful view of Imperia and the harbor. The size of the property is also more than sufficient, especially recommended for dogs. All in all, it was great. The really only downside is the beds, which in our opinion are unfortunately not suitable for someone with a sensitive back. Otherwise clear recommendation :)

This apartment was great for our short visit to Monaco. It was a short walk from the train station and the check-in instructions were very clear. The apartment had everything we needed and the host gave us recommendations on a variety of different things to do in the area. Everything is within walking distance that you want to see, whether that is visit the Monte Carlo casino or take a walk down to the marina and take in the views of the city. I would recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. Absolutely superb - as you can see everyone has loved their stay at Mikhails beautiful apartment. It is amazing in every way and we are hopeful to return as this was simply the BEST. Mikhail’s hospitality, attention to detail and thoughtfulness are truly exceptional.

The stay in Vjollca's apartment was pleasant, albeit short, because we had little time available. Vjollca's house is very welcoming, clean, fresh, well-furnished and equipped with everything you need. This is a new apartment, very nice. However, we were able to visit and admire Savona in its beauty.

Excellent stay at Stéphane's. Listing is as described and photos. Perfect location for visiting Menton, Roquebrune, Monaco, etc. Big plus for underground parking. Very good communication with Stéphane.

Excellent week spent in Muriel's apartment with a very friendly welcome from Corinne. Everything was as described on site. A beautiful city, a beautiful apartment and a huge terrace with sun all day. Once the car is at the parking lot, everything is on foot (shopping, market, restaurants, casino,...) with the nearby train station 11 minutes to Monaco, 13 minutes to Ventimiglia, and buses at the foot of the building if you don't like the train. Perfect for us. ...we did not test the beach because at the end of March it's a bit fair, but for the brave, it's 50 meters from the building.
