The residence has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 children's room with a sprinkler bed and the possibility to set up an extra travel cot. The house is therefore suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 small children. You get the morning sun on the porch on the front of the house and afternoon/evening sun on the porch at the back of the house Gas grill on the porch. Good with parking space and electric car charger in the garage.

New holiday home on Søndeled! Great location in quiet residential area with nice neighbors and views of Søndeled fjord. We have large patio with several seating areas around the house and barbecue available. Endless with hiking areas in beautiful southern nature just outside the door. Cozy community with convenience stores in 10 minutes walk from the house. A perfect holiday home in the heart of Sørlandet. electricity is not included and will be charged separately The pool is available from May 1 to October 1

Classic southern house right in the centre of Risør. Sunny patio with late night sun on screened and private patio. There is a barbecue, umbrella and comfortable outdoor furniture. Cozy kitchen with fireplace, dining room and lounge with sofas on 1 floor. Private parking just outside the house with room for 1 car. We have 2 bikes, 2 children's bikes, SUP boards and skateboard that can be used by appointment. There is and possibility to rent a boat and boat space only 5 minutes walk from the house.

Enjoy three lovely outdoor areas and a fully stocked kitchen. The property lies just a few meters from the sea, with public swimming area Gustavs Point just below and a lovely southern view towards the historic Stangholmen Lighthouse. Professionally cleaned. This is perfect for a get away with your loved ones!Good standard cabin with a great roof terrace. There are screens on all bedrooms and the large windows on the 2.floor. This function very well to cool down the cabin on sunny days.If you come here outside of season you will be happy that the hall,bathroom and living room has floorheating. Nearby you have the sea, lake, restaurant/cafe tennis, playground etc.The restaurant has a heated swimming pool (fee, summer only).

Huset har tre koselige soverom og ett bad. Stuen er møblert og kjøkkenet er utstyrt. En av de beste delene ved vårt sted er den fantastiske beliggenheten rett ved sjøen, med mulighet for båtplass. Great and very spacious (323 sqm) holiday home with panoramic views of the submission to Risør! Located close to the city center and the sea, as well as very short distance to great hiking terrain in Urheia. The house has all amenities such as garden with trampoline, bathtub, ice cube machine, coffee machine, two stewed patios with a view and charger for electric car. The house is a good fit for 2 or more families:-)

Equally suitable for animal-loving family with children, as for Enjoy the animals, take a condo trip, a ride on the boat, or a jog in the forest. Pick eggs from the hens, pick your own mint tea. BBQ in our swimming area or just relax and enjoy the view of the water from a hammock. We are usually at home and can assist with whatever it may be. Peaceful and hospitable.
