Vacation rentals with a patio in Rio Nuevo

My return to villa hi Charming Cottage at Keith’s was amazing as expected and so relaxing. I got much needed rest and healing of mind, body and soul, the greatest of all was PEACE OF MIND. My most tranquil moments were working with Maxine in the gardens, planting flowers and grooming, all just so relaxing. Keith and Maxine are great hosts and we have become good friends making great memories. I got a chance to see the Ackee open up on the Ackee tree Jamaica’s national fruit. I ate fresh cherries right off the cherry tree. I also got a chance to see an amazingly beautiful sunset over the ocean. I must return to see the sunrise. The sun was not rising over the water where I could see it so must return in the summer season to catch it next visit. If U want to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life, I recommend Keith’s Place, U will definitely return. Until next time my Friends!

We stayed the night after a wedding in the area and we wished we had stayed for longer. The place was exactly as described with a pool and beach area. Matthew was very responsive and accommodating and even called to ensure we got back something that we left behind. A video was provided with clear instructions to find the location and then to find the room. 10/10 Would definitely recommend!

The place was lovely. Great location, spacious, quiet neighbourhood, ground level so easy to access, locked door and locked porch gate so double secured. Host is responsive in a reasonable timely manner, friendly and easy to communicate with. The snack basket was especially a nice touch, so thank you!

My family and I stayed for 14 days and right from the beginning to the end we had our most amazing host Shaleema take care of our every need. Shaleema was so helpful, so kind, very attentive to our family. She helped us with our laundry to get the washer going when I couldn't figure it out. Shaleema gave us recommendations on places to see and enjoy in the area. We rented a car from her and she was very accommodating when we realized we needed it for a couple more days last minute. Shaleema was amazing with my 11 month old son and with my 3 other children that live there in Jamaica when they came to visit. Myself and family would definitely rent from Headley again and have already recommended to our family that live in Jamaica as well as my family in Canada (where I am from)The rental was so very spacious and free of clutter which was nice so my 11 month old didn't get into trouble (no need to baby proof). Absolutely loved Raouls place! The view was just breathtaking, and it was so peaceful and quiet. He is a very responsive host and provided clear instructions and great recommendations for activities/food. I loved the experience I had at this air bnb.

Richard was a great host. Allowed late checkout and always responsive. Place was everything you need, no complaints and surprised how nice the place was for the price. Definitely recommend.

I just want to say the place looks just like the pictures!!!! The Hosts were so helpful and friendly! They have plenty of recommendations and the food in the area was amazing! I did try sleeping upstairs however, I’m a tv rat so I typically fall asleep watching tv so I spent more time in the living room area!!! The neighbors are friendly! The place is clean! The private beach is so relaxing and even the poolside was a vibe!!!! I’m definitely coming back and if this place is available I’m definitely booking! Thank you so much for making my vacation so easy and relaxing! I would give you a 10 star if I could!!!!

Wow! 100000 out of 10. I suffer from OCD. This house calmed every moment of it. Usually when I travel to Airbnb, I pack cleaning supplies, linen and towels just in case. Needed nothing I packed at all. The attention to detail, comfort, tranquility and peace was seen and felt. What an honor to be accepted at this location. We made sure we left space exactly how we found it because the place and person who cleaned it before we got there, deserved that respect!!! If you are thinking about booking… do it. The home was clean, well furnished and had everything that we needed. Had a couple of questions for the host and was responded to promptly/was very accommodating. Home is situated in a peaceful gated community. Again, what a lovely stay. I met Janice and she is lovely and friendly. The place was spotless as always, quiet, peaceful with friendly neighbours. This is my second stay, and it felt just like the first time I visited. I will definitely be visiting again very soon. Thank You Janice very much for the lovely staycation!

It was a pleasure for us to meet Antionette, she was such a welcoming wonderful host. Check in was a breeze with clear instructions. Beautiful and peaceful just what we were looking for. She had plenty of suggestions for restaurants and fun things to do. Any time we called she was ready to assist us. We had VIP access the beach which we loved. Hubby and I had an awesome time there. We will definitely return and would highly recommend.

I had a great stay. It was a last minute check in. It was late in the night but Joanne responded quickly and made everything smooth to check in even though it was 8:30 at night. The house was ready for us to check in with no trouble. It was easy to locate. Great communication with Joanne. I would definitely stay there again. The house was clean, peaceful. I stayed here for 2 nights and it was amazing peaceful and quite exactly what I needed. Very spacious and clean. Andre was right there anytime we needed him, finding the place was easy especially if you familiar with Ocho Rios. It honestly felt like home away from home. I honestly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to just relax there’s also a pool and a mini gym over looking Ocho Rios out into the ocean.

My stay was excellent, Mr Morris was very pleasant, easy to work with make us comfortable. The house was thoroughly cleaned . Planning on staying again for the summer for 3 weeks.

Everything you see in the photos is exactly how it is in real life. It’s really home away from home. Only problem I had was finding the place, otherwise the place was awesome and definitely will be visiting again soon.

Beautiful and clean, friendly host, good aircon. The pool was being fixed and Simone provided a credit since we couldn't access that amenity. Walkable area, close to shops and restaurants.

Overall great place to stay. View from the unit was great! You can see Ochi Beach! The location is the reason we booked, you are in a walkable area and can walk to restaurants, catch a taxi or if you have a personal car drive to nearby .attractions. We felt safe walking. If you politely say no to people they will leave you alone. My only reservation was after using warm water else where in the unit, the upstairs shower did not produce warm water, but for a short stay lukewarm/cold water is not a deal breaker. Will overall stay again at this unit.
