Vacation rentals with beach access in Rio Nuevo

My husband and I had a great stay! The place was exactly as described and as seen in the photos. Clean, comfortable and in a great location. Communication with the host was smooth, I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you for a great stay!

Sky Castles is such a beautiful place to visit and Tony was an excellent host. He allowed early check in which made such a difference to our stay. We stayed the night after a wedding in the area and we wished we had stayed for longer. The place was exactly as described with a pool and beach area. Matthew was very responsive and accommodating and even called to ensure we got back something that we left behind. A video was provided with clear instructions to find the location and then to find the room. 10/10 Would definitely recommend!

This is one of the best experiences I have had with Airbnb! This place is absolutely beautiful! It was such a lovely stay for my husband and I and is the perfect stay for any couple who are looking for an affordable and comfortable stay in Ocho Rios. The unit is in a gated complex that included an onsite restaurant, pool, parking and walkable garden. We were literally steps away from the beach and walking distance from lots of restaurants, hot spots and fun activities! The apartment is so cozy and beautiful, quiet and perfectly located. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved Raouls place! The view was just breathtaking, and it was so peaceful and quiet. He is a very responsive host and provided clear instructions and great recommendations for activities/food. I loved the experience I had at this air bnb.

The Airbnb was an absolute gem! The space was spotless and beautifully decorated. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained. The owner was a delight, very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay. 5 stars all around!

It was a pleasure for us to meet Antionette, she was such a welcoming wonderful host. Check in was a breeze with clear instructions. Beautiful and peaceful just what we were looking for. She had plenty of suggestions for restaurants and fun things to do. Any time we called she was ready to assist us. We had VIP access the beach which we loved. Hubby and I had an awesome time there. We will definitely return and would highly recommend.

I had a great stay. It was a last minute check in. It was late in the night but Joanne responded quickly and made everything smooth to check in even though it was 8:30 at night. The house was ready for us to check in with no trouble. It was easy to locate. Great communication with Joanne. I would definitely stay there again. The house was clean, peaceful. My stay was excellent, Mr Morris was very pleasant, easy to work with make us comfortable. The house was thoroughly cleaned . Planning on staying again for the summer for 3 weeks.

It was very clean , smelling fresh, Clean bathroom, clean rooms and kitchen. ai felt some home. My son didn't want to leave to go out because he felt so at home. AC was on point. This place was beautiful and clean, host was very responsive even after the information was provided. Loved the view from the porch/varander. Air conditioning through out the home, hot water, internet and television that works. I would definitely recommend. Gated community only issue was getting in the gate, staff at gate is really slow, one particular staff members was rude, and rescreened us everytime we went out and came back. but I noticed on the days she didn't work, the process was much easier and the other attendants was very pleasant and easy to work with. Other that that the place is great, I would definitely stay again.

Regna’s place was continently located right on the beginning edge of town. Shopping center across the street and easy walking to additional food and shopping. The facilities were amazing and very accommodating.

Cozy Coastal Condos is a perfect getaway! I had an amazing stay at Cozy Coastal Condos. It felt like a cozy home away from home. The space was warm, inviting, and perfectly cozy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The location was peaceful yet close to the beach. The host was very attentive and made sure I had a wonderful stay. I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend! 🌊🏡

My husband and I stayed here for his birthday and our anniversary! The location is perfect and walking distance to so much. Our family stays close by and we were able to visit with them as well and spend time with them. Suzanne has an amazing spot. It was super clean. Stocked with everything we needed. And made us feel relaxed and at home. We will be returning to Jamaica very soon and we will always choose to stay with Suzanne! Thanks again! Ps. John crows fried chicken across the street is TO. Everything you see in the photos is exactly how it is in real life. It’s really home away from home. Only problem I had was finding the place, otherwise the place was awesome and definitely will be visiting again soon.

Beautiful and clean, friendly host, good aircon. The pool was being fixed and Simone provided a credit since we couldn't access that amenity. Walkable area, close to shops and restaurants.
