Vacation rentals with a patio in Rincón de Guayabitos

Shari’s place was very comfortable. Everything was as pictured and had all the amenities needed for your stay. The garden is really lovely and very relaxing. There’s a small table on the patio for morning coffee. The beach is not far to walk where there are restaurants and shopping. There is also a la comer an uber ride away. The neighborhood was friendly as was Shari’s little dog Lola! A great place for a short or a long stay!

Un lugar fantástico, está muy cerca de la playa y la piscina en el septimo piso es increíble. Nos gustó también que había alguien en la recepción 24/7. Volveríamos con gusto!

Muy buen lugar. Lo positivos es.... muy bien ubicado, excelente vista. Cerca de todo. Fácil de llegar y confortable. Los únicos detalles que tuve, que son muy mínimos, es el acceso con la clave, el teclado no es muy preciso, batalle un poco para entrar ya que falla un poco. La puerta de la habitación principal y del baño no termina de cerrar bien, la madera está hinchada. Detalles mínimos pero corregibles. Fue una estancia agradable por el lugar y la ubicación, la comunicación es muy buena. Y la pase en calificación 9/10.

Wow, this place is absolutely breathtaking. Better than the pictures, want to come back. The walk to town is 10 minutes, which is not bad and we enjoyed it. But if hills and walking is not your thing Taylor will help with golf cart rental and have it waiting when you arrive. Taylor provided filtered water and beach towels. She also gave clear instructions, restaurant recommendations and timely responses. We loved our stay and would definitely come again.

Me and my friends had a girl trip and we had the best time ever! Two bathrooms was definitely worth it, the laundry room was easy to access, and condo felt safe due to gates and security. People that work at the front desk were very friendly and helpful as well with any questions we had. We appreciated the experience!

hermoso lugar, sin dudarlo volveré a ir. la descripción del lugar e imágenes es fiel a lo que publica. Lo único malo es que no hay buenos restaurantes cerca y está retirado. recomiendo llevar víveres para que no tengan que salir y disfrutar en su totalidad la estancia ya que realmente no dan ganas ni de salir por la comodidad del lugar y las diferentes piscinas. el jacuzzi no lo recomiendo ya que el agua está fría todo el tiempo pero ni falta hace por las diferentes albercas que tienen a su disposición. El personal del lugar fueron muy amables todo el tiempo.

Wow, just wow. Impeccably clean and tasteful. The viewpoints from this home at every turn even where you don’t expect it was such a sight. Sounds of the ocean non-stop. Ahh blissful. I appreciated how clean the place was and the fresh linens and towels (with plenty extras as needed). Loved the neighbors! Clear communication and instructions to the home. I would avoid nighttime arrival just because of the darkness and the home is out up a bit. The driveway when walking up is a bit steep, just FYI. Can’t miss the orange gate though! Safety is NOT an issue here. There is a dirt road before hitting paved road into the nearby business and town (restaurants, taxi depot, grocery etc) further down (that is walkable 10-15 mins). We did lose power for ~3 hours just as I needed to prep for a wedding I was there for which added to the anxiety I wasn’t looking for. But Sarah was in close contact once I reached out for. Of course power outages are outside of their control and app had not occur

Phenomenal place that provides best of both worlds. The house is very cozy and located in a quit neighborhood at walking distance from downtown/beach ( 20 min). Close enough to walk, but away from the noise and crowds from town. The patio, open space and pool is great to live outside in a very confortable way. We use the pool a lot in the morning, coming back from the beach and before bedtime. Super relaxing and great to cool off. The amount of birds around the house singing was also a great treat. There is a house in construction in front of the property, there is noise coming from it, but it is not to bad. They tend to start later in the morning and were finished when we came back from the beach. Rene is also very helpful and reactive. Provided us all we needed in terms of support and info in a heartbeat. Overall, I really recommend this house, its location, set up and surroundings makes it the perfect spot. You’ll love it.

We loved staying at Brady’s place! My fiance and I booked a last minute trip and Brady was able to accommodate us quickly. We loved the place and would 100% stay there again!

My family spent 9 nights in Sayulita. The house was just as described on the listing. It was great for a family as the pool was fun for everyone, especially my 5 year old grandson. Even though everything was within walking distance we did rent a golf cart from Gorge, the property manager. It made it easier to get to the restaurants and stores and was fun to use. Everyone that worked on the house (Pool cleaner, housekeeper and the property manager) were very pleasant and helpful. A shout out to Yoli, the housekeeper. She did a great job. We would definitely stay at "The Hot Pink Paradise" if we ever get back to Sayulita. Last but not least, Pumpkin the neighborhood cat is very sweet.

Perfect for two nights of relaxation with no goals of anything else. Other than checking out the roof, I literally slept, watched movies, and just enjoyed being disconnected, but it was perfect!

agradable el departamento los 3 aires funcionan al 100 por lo que nunca tuvimos calor en el departamente, limpio, tranquilo y la alberca grande.

Had a great little stay at Rodrigo’s place! He had it so clean and was a perfect location to get to the pools. Loved our stay here would definitely go back!

The only thing I didn't realize was there was only one blow dryers, and one keys. Besides that this place had an amazing view, calm relaxing pool, and the response if we needed something was very quick, we loved it.
