Lovely, welcoming casita for two in the tranquil Andalucian countryside. This is truly a place to unwind and relax. Walking and cycling tracks direct from the door. The village is 5 minutes drive away with 3 bars, serving delicious food. 15 minutes away is the lovely town of Huercal-Overa where you can find all amenities including supermarkets, restaurants and beautiful architecture in the old town where you can while away many an hour with a drink and tapa. The coast is just 40 minutes drive.

It consists of 3 bedrooms and two complete bathrooms, it has spectacular views and the sunlight bathes all its bedrooms. ideal for resting and enjoying the surroundings, our Segura River and its beautiful Ricote valley with countless activities to do in that area. New addition of two air-conditioned areas (living room and double bedroom). It is a completely renovated plant,with a lot of tranquility and light. We have a double bed and two single beds of 90cm. We have wifi,Wii,TV, a full kitchen but no oven. Independent bathroom on the same floor and underfloor heating throughout the floor. Access to the floor can be common or independent at the discretion of each guest. Balcony with beautiful views and backyard with barbecue.

Terrassen er "romslig". Fine gå og sykkel stier rett utenfor komplekset samt at det er tar ca 10 - 15 minutter å gå til spa anlegget Balneario de Archena.
