Loved the place and the stay! Amy responded instantly every time I messaged. The place was adorable and perfect for what we needed. One thing I will say is the privacy screens on the hot tub really made the difference between staying in and getting out! They saved the day honestly. Everything was ready and perfect. We had such a relaxing time. From the time we checked in we felt right at home. It was so peaceful we could feel our stress just melt away. The back yard was relaxing and it was just nice to sit out on the patio and watch the wild life wander through. We were able to just sit back and enjoy the company of each other without worry or stress.

Beautiful home. Quiet and peaceful. Just as described. We were in town for a wedding at the Beach Club, and the location was incredibly convenient. The home was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. Would definitely stay again if we’re back in the area!

Great place for a getaway trip for graduation with friends! Felt very comfortable and relaxed and spacious enough for a group of 10. Kitchen and bathroom were clean with lots of supplies.

Christine’s place was amazing. We stood at the “Fika” cabin and it was great. It was super cozy and a well thought out space. It had plenty of room for me and my family. The cabin was stocked with all the essentials needed to a great time. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that wants a nice getaway with the family without sacrificing any amenities. My friends and I had a quick trip to the Lewisburg area. This place was great. We enjoyed the beautiful surrounding forest.

We were here just for the weekend and it was absolutely more than what we expected. The house was so clean! And the decor was definitely our kind of vibe with the record player playing and the comfy atmosphere to enjoy our family time. We also loved that our dog was able to come and enjoy it with us! At night , we loved the game room downstairs, as well as the hot tub. The area was quiet and relaxing. Exactly what we needed! The hosts gave very clear instructions for the home. Very friendly and responsive! Would definitely come back!!

This is a fabulous place!! The cabin was spotlessly clean and cozy, the lake was peaceful, we spent a lot of time out on the kayaks. The hot tub was perfect for when it got dark and started to cool off. We'll be going back for sure : )

Place was amazing! Views from the place were fantastic and the drive to Elk mountain was just short of 20 minutes.

We loved our stay at Chris and Rachel's Beechwood cabin! It was exactly what we were looking for - cozy and relaxing while being close to amazing state parks and trails; only 30 mins to Ricketts Glen and 10 mins to Worlds End State Park. Also Dutchman Falls is only 5 minutes away, and it's also beautiful. It was so nice to come back to this place and soak in the hot tub and the cozy fireplace. It even snowed while we were there which made it all the more cozy. They were such friendly, responsive and helpful hosts too. We highly recommend staying at Chris and Rachel's place if you're planning to visit Ricketts Glen and Worlds End State Park.

This place was a gem of a find! The house was surprisingly spacious. The master bedroom was large and had a cozy, covered balcony overlooking the property. All in all, it was an excellent getaway for our long weekend. Would absolutely stay again!

What a gem. Took a bit to find the lockbox but that was the most of the trouble. Threw up a starlink satellite in the front by the directv and it worked great. Not too far from town was easy to grab groceries prior to check in. The place was clean and the scenery was great. Very private and relaxing. I’d love to return to this cabin again. A+++ host and cabin. Don’t miss out on this remote hidden gem.

The place was just as the pictures and listed depicted- very clean and cozy along the river. We loved having a weekend getaway from WiFi and cell service. River was super responsive when I had questions and offered suggestions of things to do in the area since we were expecting rain for the weekend. I loved listening to the sounds of the creek outside on the porch with my coffee in the morning. It was also really lovely to bring our dog who also loved the porch. Thank you for a lovely time!

Our stay was totally peaceful and serene. Gorgeous cabin and beautiful yard. Deer were as curious about us as we were about them. Wonderful little town with lots of hiking and scenic vistas. A real hometown feeling! Karen was outstanding and we had a carefree fabulous stay! We will be back!!!

We were lucky enough to book this beautiful lakefront cabin for our wedding weekend at The Lakeside Ballroom, and it was everything we hoped for and more! My bridesmaids and I got ready here — hair, makeup, the whole thing — and then spent the rest of the weekend relaxing and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. The space is absolutely breathtaking and incredibly cozy — truly the perfect lake home getaway. It exceeded all of our expectations, and we still can’t believe a gem like this exists right in our own backyard. We’re already looking forward to booking another weekend soon. We loved every minute of it!

The place is right on a heavily used road. When you are out back you cannot hear the traffic but when you are in the living room you can hear a lot of trucks go by. We got use to it after being there for a day or two but just to let people know. Other wise the hot tub was relaxing and enjoyable. We had a little bit of snow so that was pretty too. Was a very homey place and would definitely stay again. We love places where our dogs are welcomed and they enjoyed themselves as well.

Just an outstanding cabin in a great location. I would highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking in the area. I will definitely return!

My husband and I came for a long weekend - this home was SPOTLESS and I'm anal about cleanliness. Everything was pristine and new, comfortable and super easy to get around. We fell in love with the hot tub! It was so wonderful!! In the morning, we drank our am hot drinks at the outside table and watched the deer practically come up to the table. We got to see a mama and her new baby too! The deer literally wander around with no fear so they get really close. Our visit was for the Jim Thorpe area and it wasn't far at all and a super easy drive. The Coal tour was really interesting. We had dinner at Dom N Ali which was DELICIOUS! So good in fact we went back twice - once for dinner and once for pizza at lunch and it was the best! The house itself really is charming and had everything you could possibly need and was super comfortable. The atmosphere and watching the wildlife was a great way to detox from the week. We absolutely would stay again & highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay! If you are looking to stay off the beaten trail and enjoy a quiet time away, this is the place for you! We enjoyed spending every night in the hot tub and relaxing with the TV. Even though it rained most of our trip, the house was well-stocked with games and music. We loved playing pool together at night! The little Nespresso coffee bar was amazing! Would definitely recommend bringing a four-wheel drive vehicle to get to the house, and ensure that you get there while it is still light outside (at least the first time). It was very easy to get to downtown Jim Thorpe to enjoy all it has to offer. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone that wants to visit Jim Thorpe or even just to have a quaint, intimate weekend getaway!

I booked Jamal's place as a wedding anniversary getaway for my husband and fur son, and it was absolutely amazing. Jamal is by far the most responsive host. Place is beautifully decorated and had everything you can imagine needing. The fire pit right outside the kitchen was an amazing ending to each night and the lake was the best part for our dog. We will definitely be back. 10/10 recommend for a quick getaway or a family vacation.

Macarena's place was exactly what I needed for a peaceful getaway! Nestled in a serene, tree-filled location, it truly lived up to its promise of tranquility. I booked my stay hoping for a few days of rest and relaxation, and that's precisely what I experienced. The place is incredibly scenic and has all the amenities necessary for a comfortable and unwinding stay. The big projector screen was a fantastic bonus – we had a great time watching movies. I only wish I could have stayed longer! I highly recommend Macarena's place for anyone seeking a quiet and rejuvenating retreat.

I had an amazing stay at Asael’s cabine. My friends and I stayed there for 2 nights and we felt at home. It was a great opportunity for us to bond, relax, cook, play games and go on a few hikes in nature. The fire place outside was really great and they had many games available for us to play. It felt like a little retreat getaway in nature and I would love to come back if I’m in the area again as it was very peaceful and exactly what I needed. I definitely recommend this place and Asael was an amazing host and very responsive! Thank you so much!
