Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Richland County

Lovely place, very helpful/responsive hosts (Chris/Chrisi and Kim)beautiful and serene surroundings with easy 10 minutes access or less to Lexington and all its restaurants/shops. The home is older but key areas have been updated (kitchen and master bathroom). Our kids loved the double full bunk beds downstairs and the fire-pit was great for family time/smores. The dock was perfect for turtle/bird watching. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place!

We were in town for my son’s graduation from BCT at Ft Jackson. The size and location of the house was perfect. The four bedrooms all had queen beds, which my mother, sister, and sister and brother in law appreciated. No adults having to sleep on bunk beds or twin beds. Three of the bedrooms were Jack and Jill with bathrooms. The one bathroom with the walk in shower is a bit small and could use counter space, but functioned just fine. The multiple living areas and large kitchen and dining room allowed us to spread out and be comfortable. All the little extras were appreciated and made us feel very welcome. Proximity to Ft Jackson was my primary concern and this house is minutes to gate 2. It was perfect. There is a grocery store down the street and we enjoyed the steakhouse a mile away. We did not have any young children with us, but the yard looked like it would be a great place for them to play. I would not hesitate to book this house again and recommend it highly.

My family visited for my daughters military graduation at Fort. Jackson for 3 days and it was so close to Travis’s listing. The home was clean, fully equipped with the essentials, cold a/c too. Travis was responsive and very nice. He did not invade our visit and the neighborhood was also peaceful and quiet. Beds was so comfy, home was clean especially the bathrooms. I was impressed. The eclectic decor was definitely beautiful. This was my first Air b&b experience ever and it was honestly WORTH IT!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! What really stood out was how exceptionally clean the house was—you can tell the hosts took the time to make sure everything was spotless. The appliances were new and in perfect working condition, which made the stay even more comfortable. The area is very peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The host was easy to work with and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I’ll definitely make this my go-to spot whenever I’m in the area!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this Airbnb in South Carolina! The house was beautiful, spotlessly clean, modern, and fully stocked with all the amenities we could have needed. Everything was up to date and well taken care of. We didn’t run into a single issue during our stay, which made the whole experience even better. Carolyn was warm and friendly. I was displaced from my home because of Hurricane Helene, Carolyn and the surrounding community in the neighborhood made me feel welcomed and like I belonged.

Jeff and Elizabeth are great hosts! They made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we walked through the door. They made fresh bread and had it waiting for us, along with an invite to a community event. Elizabeth and Jeff are lovely people and made us feel right at home. My teenage son told me to definitely book with them again next time I’m in town.

Jillian's home was amazing. I was visiting Columbia to attend a graduation. Initially, I thought the location would be too far away from downtown Columbia, but it was a straightforward drive. It wasn't a long drive at all. So many grocery stores and restaurants are within a 5-10 drive. The home was spacious enough for a quick trip and was charming. Jillian was extremely responsive to any questions or needs that we had, and that was extremely appreciated. Thanks again!

The condo was quite impressive! Made us all feel at home. Bed extremely comfortable and everything was pristine clean! We came for the Army Graduation and this particular condo was so close to activities. Hostess was personable and quick to answer any question. Thank you Courtney!

T's place was very cozy and easy to find. She was a great host and super communicative, always looking out for me, like when a storm took out the power. She reached out, kept me updated and offered candles so I wasn't sitting in the dark.

Excellent stay and hosts were very accommodating to our needs. We were in town for USC graduation and it was such a great place to escape for a few hours of rest in between events. Beautiful surroundings, my husband and kids used the kayaks and really enjoyed the time in the lake.

We stayed at Alvin’s place while doing our walk-through and closing on our new home nearby, and it turned out to be the perfect hideaway during a very busy time. The location couldn’t have been more convenient — just minutes from our new house — but what really made it special was how peaceful and tucked away it felt, nestled in the woods. The home was spotless, well-stocked, and full of thoughtful touches. We especially appreciated the variety in coffee selections each morning (who knew caffeine and real estate were such a good pair?) and the snack basket that became our evening reward after long, hectic days. Alvin was a fantastic host — responsive, helpful, and kind. This place was more than just a stopover; it was a calm, quiet escape that made our transition smoother and more comfortable. We were in Chapin visiting family (my husband, me and our adult son) so we didn't spend much time at the cabin. We did love our two mornings and evenings at the cabin. The setting is peaceful and we loved sitting on the front porch and enjoying the views. The music system was a real treat, too. We wished we'd had more time to use the kayaks but, in any case, we view these as a big plus. The cabin has great character and has been renovated beautifully. We felt very fortunate to find this special place. We were not able to meet Tom and Laura but they provided clear instructions and we had everything we needed. The place may have been a bit tight if our adult daughter had joined us but we would have found a way to make it work. Highly recommend.

Cristina’s place was perfect for our stay. We were here for a softball tournament. The unit was very close to the fields. The unit was IMPECCABLY CLEAN!!! Beds/linens were very comfortable. Had everything we needed. We’d definitely book Cristina’s place should our travels bring us back to the area! We highly recommend her to future guests.

Brittney's place is amazing, as soon as we get in the place a lake is welcoming the guest. The house was amazing , we feel comfortable right away and feel home. Brittney always had always actively communicate with us if we have questions. We had a good time , the kids and us had a good time fishing on the deck. Brittney's place is a place for adults to have fun, fishing , walking around the trail, play the soccer table.. And Little kids has there own place to play which is so nice. Lovely kitchen and a place to cook your BBQ, bedroom was so cozy...... This is one of the best AirB&b we stayed, I recommend this place 101% if u love the water. for sure will rent this place again. We had a blast swimming, fishing, and just relaxing! We caught a bunch of bass and crappies!!! It was a great way to decompress and celebrate my birthday! We definitely plan on coming back!
