Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

Excellent home in a peaceful area close to the mountains and beach. The house is marvellous, with the pool, barbeque and garden. We ate the best home grown oranges, straight from the tree! This place is a gem, we will come back!

A perfect place to disconnect, the casita was in pristine condition. Lovely Mari, very attentive. We will definitely repeat.

I can all abbreviate in a word "excellence"Olga very attentive with everything and Tania who handed over the keys, always predisposed to the organization of us for entry and exit. The cleanliness of the place has to be highlighted, impeccable as it is difficult to meet such a place. They have a good team. The place is close to the beach you can walk, you have a supermarket very close. The place is perfect to disconnect a few days and have a great time.

In short: the cabin, Alvaro's service, the views, the silence and Llop have been really incredible, a different experience, the huge jacuzzi, a tree on the back terrace with red leaves that I fell in love with, very close to Gandia town, everything really good. If we have the chance, we'll definitely be back!!

Fantastic and spotless home. Beautiful outdoor area with amazing views and fresquito. The jacuzzi and pool were very limoios and a joy to be able to enjoy them. Luke is very kind and attentive, while very discreet. Thank you very much, to repeat.

This apartments location is amazing right on the beach ( you can fall asleep at night to the sound of the waves) Couple of bars /restaurants short walk great safe car parking if you are looking for peace and quiet this is the place We will return 👍

We visited this location for a week at Easter. It was quiet around the area initially but got a little busier as the week went on. The weather was perfect, high 20's all week. The apartment was clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed! David was super helpful, making contact a few days before with details on how to access, directions etc and then checking in regularly with recommendations and directions to local restaurants, markets etc. The kids loved the pool and the beautiful beach was only 5 mins walk away too. There was one shop within walking distance but i would recommend hiring a car to visit around the local area. Scenery is stunning. Highly recommend the location and the accommodation!! What a wonderful stay we had in Rita's apartment with our 2 year old child. We felt really at home and the location couldn't be better. A playground right in front of the building, a supermarket and restaurants as close as possie, and everything in the city walkable or by metro with a close by station. Communication with Rita was perfect, she always answered fast and had tips for us. We recommend this to anyone, with or without a child.

The accommodation is well equipped. The terrace is lovely. Only small inconvenience for a solo traveler, TV does not give access to channels in French. For the location, you can walk to the center in 30 minutes. The city is flat, it's nice. In addition, there are small shops nearby.

I have only wonderful things to say about our stay. Beautifully decorated apartment with an extremely comfortable bed! Located a short walk from the beach and transit is easily accessible to get to other parts of the city. Lots of food options just a short walk away. The host was lovely - friendly and responsive. Would stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!

We will definitely repeat, the house is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. It has everything you need inside to spend a few spectacular days of rest in a beautiful area with phenomenal views. Gareth has been attentive and is a very friendly and polite person, which makes you want to come back. I would only add one thing to make everything perfect, and that would be a table and chairs to eat outside while enjoying the beautiful garden that the property has. Other than that, everything was perfect. See you next time, Gareth!

The villa looked beautiful on the photographs and we weren’t disappointed on arrival. We arrived before check in but were able to drop off the bags while we walked into town for a look around and found a great selection of bars/restaurants for food. Plenty of shops also in the town. The villa was very clean and comfortable, everything we needed, an ideal place for our family of 5 adults, 1 young child and an infant, cot and high chair was available for use We used the pool every day. Maria was only a message away and very prompt to reply to any queries we had. We had a great time.

We were phenomenal. The house was great as shown in the pictures and had a lot for the kids. The area is very quiet, and the beach is very close! The bad thing is that it is not easy to walk near the house; but still, we will repeat!

The house is as listed, amazing views right onto the beach. A lovely walk along the beach front. Mary was very helpful and responsive, giving lots of info on the area etc. The house is approx 30mins by car from Valencia City / airport, I would recommend having a car as the area can be quiet, especially in low season. Even though we had a car, we still took the bus into Valencia City on one of the days, it was approx 15mins walk to the bus and then 50mins on the bus. It was cheap and a nice journey through smaller towns, even our small children enjoyed it. There is lots to do and see in the area, again a car would make it easier to see around but there seems to be good bus links. The house had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay. We felt very safe and at home throughout our stay.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to others, clean and modern apartment right next to Patacona beach. The flat looks better than the photos show. Great pool which wasn’t even cold in May, loads of playgrounds nearby for kids. Easy bus into town or if you’re feeling lazy like us one can get quick uber into the centre of town for only €8. Proactive host was very responsive. We would stay again, thank you!

We had a great time in this apartment. Everything was perfectly clean, well organized and as described. The sea view is stunning, and the residence is very secure and well maintained. A big thank you for this great experience, we'll be back with pleasure!

A great place in a peaceful residence with a splendid pool equipped with a bar. It is close to a beautiful beach, and the center of Dénia, with its many restaurants and charm to discover, is easily accessible by car. It is very nice and easy to communicate with Carine and Marisa. We had a wonderful 2 weeks! Thank you

Everything phenomenal, we had several problems from the previous guests but Juan Carlos solved it very quickly, in addition to advising us with the area, where to eat to visit etc. We have been very August. Fear to put a pega and it is more by likes the very soft mattresses. Thank you very much for your stay.
