Raul's place in Gijón is spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There are excellent views across the road to the beach and ocean. The area is highly walkable and complete with many restaurants. If arriving by car there is a nearby underground garage called Parking Jardines del Náutico where you can make an advance reservation online at telpark and get a good rate.

It's hard to describe in a few words - it's a really cozy house for your stay. The house has EVERYTHING! 100% everything. We love to cook soups, that's why we bought a ladle. But in general, the house has everything for a comfortable life. David is a very nice and helpful host of the house. He immediately helped us with parking (you only have paid options near the house) and told us about all the local rules, which was very helpful. Super good internet and a great work area for those who still have to work on vacation or on a trip. The house has no dishwasher, but there is a washing machine with a dryer, which helps a lot when you are with a child. The location itself is amazing. The most important thing about this house is its owner. We had a difficult flight, but David met us, even when it was beyond the check-in time. Thank you so much and 100% great accommodation.

Victor is very friendly. The key handover took place in person. If I had any questions, I could easily write him a message and quickly get a message back. :)

Very nice apartment, clean, comfortable and bright. It had all the amenities that are advertised. Blanca was very helpful and kind to us, as well as the house, she offered us a list of things to do in San Vicente. We will definitely be back!! 😊

Nice accommodation and ideal as a starting point to get to know the municipality of Llanes. Beaches less than 5 minutes away by car. A very quiet and relaxing area. The accommodation has all the necessary accessories and we didn't miss anything. We will be back!!

We felt at home at Maria Dolores's house. She and her husband were always willing and, although our dog could bark sometimes, they lived upstairs and it never bothered them and they were willing to interact with her and give us all the possible facilities. It was wonderful to be in your house and in a town as beautiful as Barro. All the amenities listed are as shown and everything is very clean. We'll be back for sure :)

We spent 3 days at the house It has all the comforts to have a good stay. Close to the beach and downtown, it also has a shopping mall 10 minutes away on foot. Maria was available at all times, recommended places, and was very friendly. We'll be back for sure!! :) Thank you Maria !!

A pleasant house nestled in the mountain, close to the park of European peaks but also to the beaches (20 min by car)

The accommodation was great, better than described in the ad, the area is quiet to be able to walk the dog, the house had everything you need for a week, it has a good location, Paola is very attentive and quick to answer any questions. As the only recommendation, change the beds in the double room, the rest is perfect and the garden is very nice to rest and enjoy.

House in a quiet area, there was a little humidity, but the house had a dehumidifier to use if necessary. It met expectations and Julio Antonio communicated in a friendly and fluent manner throughout the stay

Casa Mar is the perfect place to go with children. The house is fully prepared for families: it has games, space for the little ones to enjoy and Clara put us all the facilities -trona, cot, barrier for the bed... a luxury! The location is fantastic: you can go for a walk to the beach of Guilpilluri or La Huelga, ideal to enjoy as a family without the need for a car. Also, being this close to the highway we were able to do a lot of excursions and get to know the surroundings without wasting time on long journeys. We'll definitely repeat it!

We had a great week at Luz's house. The house is very nice with everything you may need for a comfortable stay, and the place is fantastic, close to everything, beach, restaurants, bars and supermarkets a few minutes walk. Also a nice and quiet area, just 5 minutes by car to Llanes. We will not hesitate to return.

We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. Beautiful apartment, very new, spacious. Not at all bothered by ambient noise. Great bed and lovely shower. Kitchen fully furnished. And a nice balcony!! And Fernando was very service oriented.

Perfect apartment for our needs, comfortable, spacious, well equipped, clean and tidy. Parking space in the building, convenient and with easy access to the internal elevator. Our children really enjoyed the bedroom equipped with some games. Friendly host, always available and responsive. Very useful tips for visiting the region and for meals. Luanco is a very nice coastal town and convenient as a base for exploring the region.

The stay in Sandra and Jorge's apartment has been wonderful. It's in a quiet spot and very close to everything. I felt right at home, everything was super clean and had everything you need. Sandra and Jorge are lovely! I would definitely repeat a thousand times my trip to gijon and even more if it is in your apartment.

We lived in the apartment for about a month, during which time we were able to appreciate both the accommodation itself and the wonderful Llanes. The apartment is in a new building, there is a convenient parking lot suitable for SUVs, there is a swimming pool, but we did not use it. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary household appliances for comfortable cooking, and is also easy to clean. A bed with a comfortable mattress. The Internet is fast. The only small disadvantage for us, as we worked from home, was that the only workplace was at the kitchen table. But in general, the value for money is excellent, we were very happy with our choice.

The apartment is beautiful, tastefully decorated and clean. The location was perfect for surfing, hiking and relaxing with a small supermarket nearby. The many good restaurants are also a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay there!
