Απλό ζεστό και λιτό δυαράκι με κλιματισμό στον τελευταίο όροφο της πολυκατοικίας στο κέντρο της πόλης ,με μπαλκονάκι και τέντα σε μία ήσυχη πλευρά της οικοδομής . 150 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία της Κομοτηνής .
