Charming Guest House with Pickleball Court

RuthRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Paradise. Surrounded by fields, set back from the road, with a magical little hedged-in backyard and a pickleball court outside the hedge. The house is very private and spacious with four bedrooms, well renovated with lots of beautiful wood. It has the best equipped Airbnb kitchen we've ever experienced, with everything from a milk frother to a barbecue fork with a built-in thermometer, spices, food processor, and a Nespresso machine. They also let you use bikes, beach chairs, one beach umbrella, and the pickleball court. Cathy was a very welcoming host, who met us when we arrived and was quickly responsive to any questions. The location can’t be beat: it is within a mile of two beaches (Tappan beach, which has no parking so you have to walk or bike there, and Lloyds beach, which has parking) and an easy drive to South Shore beach and to town. When we were there, the week after Labor Day, South Shore beach was free and uncrowded. People still swam and surfed, though the life guard

Historic B&B, Quiet & Restful, Nature & Simplicity

ElaineRating, 5 stars23 months ago
I’m so grateful to have found Grace Note Farm Inn & B&B. I had a wedding in Chepachet only 10 min. away and I definitely did want to stay in a hotel or motel, too impersonal. I made a 4 day vacation out of it and I’m glad I did because I’m an outdoor enthusiast and a 75 yo horsewoman so this place was my cup of tea! Virginia is also a horsey person so we had similar war stories to tell. The Inn is quite and relaxing and borders Conservation land. I slept so soundly all three nights and the best part is I was able to avoid the family drama and enjoy my nephew’s wedding well rested! Also Virginia makes incredible blueberry pancakes and banana bread…I will definitely return for an R&R vacation and explore more hiking trails and try out some kayaking…#hiddengem

4 Corners Schoolhouse No.1 Kristin &Sakonnet Farm

LisaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Lovely place to stay, very relaxing. Close to some shops and restaurants. The only suggestion that I have is that the place could use a bit of fine tuning. The furniture could use a little updating to make it more comfortable. Other than that, the School house is a wonderful place to stay. Tiverton is a beautiful town.

Our stay in Little Compton was wonderful. Kristin and John’s home was warm and inviting . Little Compton has a rare untouched, wild, natural feel which our family enjoyed. There are hiking options in every direction . Beaches were picturesque, clean, and peaceful. We were very grateful of Kristin and John’s well equipped kitchen. We also appreciated all the local recommendations. We will be back !

Modern Colonial - 7 Mins to Downtown Providence

TerryRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I have spent the last 4 years traveling to Providence for my daughter’s rugby matches, about 10 trips a year, and this was the best stay we’ve had, bar none. It has everything you might need for a weekend stay. Best equipped kitchen (I cook) , highest quality sheets, TVs everywhere, a nice office to work in, even a junk drawer with everything you might need like scotch tape, a tape measure, and what had to be the nicest flashlight I’ve seen. So many extra blankets. Locally, decent pizza, amazing candy store, plenty of grocery and restaurant choices. 18 minutes to Brown, less to downtown. Right on a road, but good insulation keeps the noise manageable. My only disappointment was that I only found this place when my daughter graduated. Also, if we had brought my wife’s pickup I would have been tempted to steal the most comfortable couch I’ve ever experienced. The backyard was beautiful, a veritable Eden plan on spending time back there

We wanted to stay someplace quiet between Newport and Providence since we were spending a day in each. We enjoyed the place - very comfortable bed, peaceful atmosphere. My wife loved spending a little time with the farm animals.

Little Compton's South Shore Serenity

AlyssaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had an absolutely perfect stay here with our large family including our dog and baby niece. Beautiful, rustic home with so many cool details, a serene backdrop and walking distance to the ocean. We had plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoyed sitting cozily by the fireplace while it rained. The deer, turkey, and rabbits in the yard entertained us and Avila was an amazingly responsive and generous host who even had a generator set up for us in case of a power outage in the storm. Highly recommend and can’t wait to hopefully visit again someday!

Little Compton Mid-Century Cottage near the Beach

EsméRating, 5 stars1 week ago
If you’re looking for something out of the ordinary, this is the place. The house feels like stepping into a beautifully preserved time capsule from the 1970s—wood-paneled walls, retro mustard & burnt orange accents, and vintage charm. It’s stocked with games and books, and even the towels and bedding match its unique style. It all added up to a fun, memorable experience. It’s funky and full of personality, with a kind of magic in how lived-in and cozy it feels—like it’s holding onto stories from decades past. There’s plenty of space, inside and out. The indoor fireplace was a highlight, and the outdoor fire pit would have made for a peaceful night under the stars. The spacious yard also has a picnic bench & a big, sturdy wooden swing! The area is remote and private, yet within 4–15 mins you’ll find great cafés, bakeries, stores, and markets—a perfect balance of seclusion and convenience. The host, Jason, was kind, generous, and communicative and his warmth made all the difference.

Stylish Midcentury Waterfront Retreat

SudhakarRating, 5 stars4 days ago
The place was great and the scenery was really pretty. Didn't realize that two of the bedrooms were in a separate area apart from the main bedroom. The bathrooms were really clean but didn't have locks. Marisa was very responsive and provided us with supplies for the firepit. We had a great time!

Vineyard Cottage at Spar Point Farm Block Island

GaryRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Immaculately clean! The photos accurately depict the rooms. The property is lovely. One minor note that might be of concern to some. The layout of the bedrooms is a bit offbeat. The small, cute, upper bedroom is, as described, ideal for a teen or child. But, note that it is accessed through a shared bathroom. Also note that the fourth bedroom is, as described, in a separate building. Using the bathroom from this bedroom involves going to the main house, a few steps away.

JohnRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Our stay at Kathy's Airbnb was truly exceptional. From the moment we booked, her communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful. The property itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true home away from home. Kathy thought of every detail, providing amenities that made our stay so much more comfortable. She was incredibly welcoming and offered fantastic local recommendations. We couldn't have asked for a better host and would love to stay here again!

Little Compton Modern: A Designer Hideaway in RI

JenRating, 5 stars9 months ago
This was our second time staying at Joshua and Amanda’s home and we loved it so much. The house is perfect for our whole family to gather and great with two toddlers. The property is private and peaceful, the kitchen is great for cooking big family dinners, and the beds are comfy! We love exploring Little Compton and Tiverton — the house is convenient to the Art Café, park, tennis courts, playground, and trails. It’s a quick ride to the beach and Four Corners. Great for a family or anyone looking for a serene retreat. We’ll be back!

Charming 19th Century Farmhouse

AnneRating, 5 stars10 months ago
What a beautiful, peaceful spot. Susanna's house has all the amenities. The kitchen was well-appointed and there are games, books and toiletries for guests to use. It's a nice place to invite friends to visit since there are so many bathrooms! The dining room accommodates 8 for sit-down dinners, and the kitchen has a few eating spots too. We used all Susanna's beach equipment, which worked well (bougie boards, beach chairs, towels), and loved the outside shower. We got a free bird id app (Merlin Bird ID) and really enjoyed sitting on the back porch and learning all the birds in the neighborhood. Susanna has a lovely flower bed outside one of the kitchen windows that attracts lots of pollinators and hummingbirds - gorgeous!
