It is located in a quiet residential area in the countryside - ideal for hiking, biking, golfing and relaxing. Cologne, Leverkusen and Düsseldorf are just around the corner for shopping and culture. The Cologne trade fair is also easy to reach from here. There is parking in front of the house.

Very good connection to Cologne and Bergisch Gladbach by bus/train (every 20 minutes) or by car (about 20 minutes' drive). Shopping, gastronomy and cultural offers are quickly accessible on foot or by car. The Kletterwald K1 climbing forest is within walking distance.
