It is perfect for 2-4 people with hotel-like amenities and is located in a quiet, central location in the lively district of Sülz. You sleep on a high-quality 1.80 m wide box spring bed. Originally a small hat factory was based here, the upper floors of the house have always been used as apartments.

Here you have access to a studio apartment with high ceilings and a lot of light. This apartment is renovated in 2019. It is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with a steam cleaner before each booking. Between departure and arrival is always at least 24 st. Dishes and cutlery are cleaned in the dishwasher with 70 C. We are a small family run, live in the house and are very careful to follow the hygiene standards.
