The studio is located in the heart of Oestrich and thus in close proximity to numerous restaurants, wine taverns, wineries and grocery stores such as Rewe, Netto and Aldi. 2 minutes' walk away are the Rhine with wine barrels to taste wine, a small bookstore, an ice cream parlor, a stationery store, a butcher's and an ATM each from Sparkasse, Volksbank and Postbank. The former servants' quarters of the original farmhouse was lovingly converted by us into a spacious attic apartment. The apartment, which extends to the gable, exudes a very special charm. In the 100 sqm apartment there are two bedrooms with double beds, a baby bed and a large living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower with wall heating.
