Moin! Welcome to Papenburg, Venice of Germany. Our apartment "Anni" is located in the Papenburg district of Obenende, located directly on the canal. Supermarkets, restaurants and other services are easily accessible within 1.5 km. The approx. 50 sqm apartment has a separate entrance and is accessible via an external staircase. The building was built in 2022 and is therefore technically up to date (underfloor heating, ventilation and ventilation system).

Beautifully quiet location. Magnificent view of untouched nature, orchard meadow. You can relax there. Nearby is the Altenkamp estate with various exhibitions and concerts. Although the apartment is in my house, you have your own entrance area.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. Dear guests, I'm glad you discovered my apartment. The apartment is centrally located in Leer (East Frisia) and is therefore ideal if you want to explore the city on foot. The apartment is part of a house, but is delimited and has its own entrance. It is located in the rear, quiet upper floor of the house. The apartment is accessible via a staircase that has no handrail!
