Mitch and Mandy's place was great! The bedsheets took me back to the good ole days. Great theme! I tried to leave a highscore on the pacman but didn’t succeed. We truly enjoyed our stay watching vhs movies, teaching our kid how to use a cassette player and how to be kind and rewind a vhs tape.

Beautiful townhome. There was plenty of space for us and the grandkids to come visit. The location was perfect. Working with Lynsi was easy. She gave us detailed instructions for both arrival and check out protocols. She gave us a great list of things to do while in town and some favorite places to eat as well. She was friendly from start to finish. Everything we needed was there for us to use. She even upgraded our townhome for us without an extra charge. Thank you Lynsi for the wonderful stay!!! Our stay was very comfortable! We were close to family and in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked with items for meals and serving. Lyn was great at communicating with us, welcoming us and providing us with local recommendations. Beds and furniture were clean and comfortable.

This stay is highly recommended. I’ve done a lot of traveling in my day, and this was hands down one of the nicest, easiest accessible, clean and beautiful homes I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Not only were they available DAY OF, but Lyn and her people were beyond helpful. Between sending out activities around the home, and coupons for free deserts, and just being there for you, They made it a pleasure to stay there and if I ever find myself back in rexburg, I will make sure it is with them! Beautiful home, area, and town, HIGHLY recommend!

The property was really great! This was our second stay in #4 at Raspberry Gardens and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s just a few minutes of walking to Porter Park, great restaurants and shopping.

We needed a place to stay for a month, and on short notice, and Ben went the extra mile to deep clean his basement apartment for us to live in, even though we had originally booked to live in his backyard trailer. For that I will forever be grateful. The place was as-described in the listing, and was clean and warm. It’s a converted basement, but there’s central heating that controls a gas fireplace, so we were comfortable. All the furnishings and decorations were Coca-Cola or camp/wildlife themed, which I thought was kinda funny and cute. The location is convenient, it’s just one block from Sunnyside Road, and takes 15 minutes to drive to downtown Idaho Falls. Ben always announced ahead of time by call or text when he was going to come fix something, and otherwise he didn’t bother us. Actually we bothered him a few times, and he was pretty gracious about it.

Excellent place for families with small children. We had a minor issue that was addressed right away.
