I think cleaning fees and chores are silky so I don’t require either. Directly across from the Snake River, this is a full basement apartment (has own access) in a historic Idaho Falls home. Perfect stay while you’re on your way to Yellowstone or Grand Teton. The beautiful Idaho Falls Greenbelt is right out the door. Walking distance to downtown, multiple restaurants, LDS temple and the Farmers Market. Space has bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Must walk down 7 stairs to access.

This is a private apartment in a side by side duplex. We're set up for 2 adults at a time only. No children under 18. No animals! We invite you to step back in time and enjoy our primitive antiques. There are hardwood floors, tile and linoleum throughout. One bedroom with a queen size bed. One full sized bath. Netflix, WIFI. Centrally located. On street or driveway parking. The backyard is a shared space with Airbnb guests staying on the other side. Four stairs lead up to the apartment.
