Thank you for sharing your home! I found this a very convenient location to the T which brought us right to downtown Boston. I especially appreciated the umbrella that was left for use in the living room as I forgot mine and it was a rainy weekend. This apartment was spotless and I loved the espresso machine!

Excellent hosts - great access to train to Boston (15 minutes) - Swampscott is beautiful- near Salem and Marblehead - what a wonderful location near an historic harbor …

We had an amazing stay. The home looks as depicted in the photos. Beautiful spaces indoors and out. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The property manager, Jay, lives nearby and came over upon our arrival to show us around the property and make suggestions for things to do in the area.

I stayed here with a few friends it was great. Kraku was fast to respond to any questions, the area is quite walkable and easy to get downtown, snd the apartment was spotless!

i loved this place so much, the photos do not do the place justice. I had a great time, the place was so relaxing and i felt right at home. Peabody is such a nice place and there are so many stores right near by, even walkable. The best part of the place is the outdoor patio which have seats and such a nice view. i love how much light the place got during the day and during the sunsets. the place was super clean and nicely decorated. Demetri was such a great host and was so helpful, friendly and responsive! Thank you for a great stay!

Everything about this apartment is perfect! I was here for a long-term stay and ended up adding a month to my stay. It is an excellent location, great beaches, quaint towns, lovely walking trails, and Boston is an easy drive for a meal or a day trip. The apartment is well put-together, many comfortable places to sit and read or watch TV, a private room to get work done if you have to, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge and plenty of room to move around and cook/eat--whatever you want! The place is quiet and relaxing, with a lovely deck overlooking a beautiful backyard. Huntley and Brad are super responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Truly a stunning and fun place to be, I could not recommend more highly!

The place and location fit exactly what we were looking for. The parking in the driveway that was provided was extremely useful and appreciated. Jenn and Joel were extremely helpful with recommendations and replying quickly with any questions or issues prior to and during our stay. We had a pleasant stay and everything was as described except it wasn't stated the AC was a 1 window unit in the living room. With the unit on it was hard to hear the TV in the same room. The one bedroom did come equipped with a standing fan. For our stay everything was provided that we needed except washcloths and Kleenex. There was no place to hang a hand towel in the bathroom to dry your hands on. It appears the fixture may have broken prior to us staying as I see one in the listing photos. The shower pressure was not the best either. The stairs to get to the unit were winding and narrow and there was no railing to assist in climbing down or up while carrying your luggage. Overall would recommend.

My family and I absolutely loved staying here. We considered staying in closer walking distance to town, but the decor and vibe of Alison’s place made us reconsider. We don’t regret it at all! The walk into town is so beautiful and even in summer, the weather was great. It’s very cozy and homey. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful library. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you want to feel the witchy vibes of Salem!

This was such a charming place in a wonderful location. Griffin and Carolyn were responsive and took really good care of us. They are great hosts who we highly recommend and would book with again!

Shirley's place is as described. It is comfortable and generous in size. There is parking available both in the driveway and on the street(with a supplied parking pass) for two cars altogether. Fresh linens are plentiful and the kitchen is very practical for cooking and eating in. Outdoor furniture on the back porch allowed us to invite over friends and socialize in nice weather. It is simple, but comfortable.

We had a great stay! Quiet, safe neighborhood, easy to get to the city. Lots of space for the six of us to eat and relax together. Beautiful view of the Boston skyline just minutes walk from the place. Comfortable beds and soft sheets too! We also had no troubles parking nearby and leaving our car (for free) for our entire stay.

What more can I say that hasn't already been said by other guests? The place was perfect for our 35th anniversary get-a-way. Darryl was so on top of things. We had a question and it was answered within 2 minutes. He really is a SUPER HOST.

We loved Andy’s place! Comfortable beds, hot strong shower, very roomy. Two balconies! Shops, restaurants, diners, grocery stores, discount stores, all in easy walking distance. There are quite a lot of steps to get up to the apartment, but they’re well-lit and there are hand rails everywhere. My sister lives less than a mile away from Andy’s house and doesn’t always have room for all of us. We’ll definitely be back!

Adorable brownstone in JP! Close to the orange line, quiet neighborhood with lots of families. House was great, lots of space.

Marblehead was a perfect fit for us. Dog friendly, quaint cafes, shops, and restaurants. Beautiful area full of history and wonderful water views. This old Victorian house was charming, fully stocked with everything you’d have at home, comfortable furniture, and even special treats and drinks to enjoy.

Dan’s place was perfect - so clean and in a great location. Dan was helpful and communicative. He even kindly left us some snacks and seltzer waters in the fridge! Such a nice touch.

My stay at the Lighthouse was great! Perfect location, walking distance to Harvard, and made for a nice, cozy stay. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Boston!

This place is AMAZING! An absolute must stay. Close to public transit, restaurants, coffee shops, in the cutest neighborhood. We were in awe of how adorable and perfect and homey the apartment is. Truly one of my most favorite stays. The hosts were communicative and even let us drop our bags off early as we were coming from another air Bnb and didn’t want to lug our suitcases around Boston all day. I had some questions about check in and they responded to me in minutes. Truly wonderful.

Amazing peaceful getaway right around the corner from downtown Boston. A great location for walking and very easy to Uber to and from. Centrally situated and not too far from all the sites. Super clean home with everything my husband and sons needed. I especially enjoyed the back yard patio and all the natural sunlight in the living room and kitchen! We would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at Jen’s place for 1 night. It’s as described in the photos. It’s in a residential area & parking is easy on the street. It’s about an 18m walk to the attractions in downtown but I had a car and it’s a 3m drive, in case you want a feel for the vicinity. Keep in mind you will need to bring up your luggage 2 flights. One is to get to the first door entry and the second is to get into the airbnb. It was very easy to access with the codes. Her place is pristine with lots of cute details. The kitchen has all of the essentials and has a keurig for coffee. She has a washer & dryer that were convenient. The bed is super comfy & the linen is soft. Overall, I had a great stay & recommend her place After check-out on a Sun, I parked in dtwn at the attractions. I found a spot on Essex St. There’s an app, so you can add time while walking. It’s easy to use & I paid $6 for 4hrs. I’m not sure what garages charge. I’m adding this because while researching Salem, I didnt want surprise charges

This is a great place. It is exactly as shown in pictures and spotlessly clean. Maria was pleasant, responsive and easy to work with. We paid for the parking spot which is right behind the house. I definitely recommend Maria’s places.

My daughter and I arrived slightly early and I asked if I could possibly arrive a little early and the answer was absolutely yes! We could drop off our luggage since they were still in the midst of cleaning from earlier guests and this was greatly appreciated. We were even recommended a wonderful restaurant within walking distance (Lincoln Tavern). Once we were able to check in we noticed the water pressure was excellent and the apartment appeared extremely clean and looked like the photos. The neighborhood has plenty of amenities and good coffee shops with pastries. I would stay here again if I ever make it back to Boston. Please note that this apartment is on the 3rd floor.

My wife and I absolutely love this apartment with city view rooftop. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with walking distance to restaurants. It has artistic decorations. Kitchen is clean and well stocked. The classic record player and record collection are fabulous. Listening to 70s, 80s music with morning sunshine from skylight and coffee beautiful. And we had a breakfast on the roof top, you can’t beat the view. And Chandra provided all the institutions and local tips before we arrive. We enjoyed everything in the apartment.
