Ideal for recharging your batteries and plenty of activities on site without taking a car: Nordic bath, sauna, on-site massages (optional), fire pit, BBQ, petanque court, games room (table tennis, foosball, darts) and walks. Close to the gourmet village of Saint-Bonnet-le-Froid (3* Regis Marcon), the Peaugres d'Annonay safari.

Panoramic villa without V V Jacuzzi /Sauna for a fee

Stunning views of the Rhone and the Lake; 25 min. from Lyon. Villa on the ground floor, a room, veranda, jacuzzi / sauna, are for a fee of €200/per family on 2 days, no stop, free pool, fishing, water skiing on the lake. The RESERVATION is 2 days min, in July and August it is 7 days minimum . The rate shown is for 4 people if + an additional charge of €40/adult and 30 for children under 17 years old and free for infants - 2 years to be paid on site, no visits or parties or nighttime noise

Studio in old barn

At the exit of the village of St Alban de Varèze, in a renovated farmhouse, adjoining 35 m2 studio with private terrace and shared unfenced garden. Independent and fully equipped: 1 queen size bed, 1 sofa bed that can accommodate 2 children, bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, outdoor garden with table and 4 armchairs. 15 minutes from the A7, 45 minutes from Lyon or Valence, come and enjoy a relaxing stay. Available upon request: baby equipment.

Detached ground floor accommodation in house

Located in a green setting 20 minutes from the city center with salt pool. Free parking. Independent studio on the ground floor of a house. Independent entrance. From the private veranda, you will have direct access to the garden and pool. The latter is not heated and will be accessible as soon as weather conditions permit. The garden and pool are shared with the owner who lives on site. Bus C20 5 minutes from the accommodation towards Lyon.

Countryside and calm a few km from Lyon. Old barn tastefully renovated in a fully equipped green setting: garden tables, children's cabin, heated pool from May to mid-September. An hour from Lyon and fifteen minutes from Annonay, come and stay in this beautiful home for a stay. Easily accessible, the cottage is located on the road between St Romain d'Ay and Ardoix, and close to the village center. In the vicinity, a multitude of activities are possible: Tree climbing in Pilat Park, visit to the Peaugres Safari, Vélorail and Train de l'Ardèche or discovery of the Facteur Cheval's Ideal Palace

Apartment: pool access, garden in summer!

Quiet area with enclosed private parking. Completely refurbished apartment, 1st floor (attached to our house) 65 m2: 2 bedrooms, beautiful light main room with garden view, pool access in summer.... at least 10am 11:30am 2:30pm 6:30pm!.... Heating included, please respect the 19-degree maximum and turn off the radiators (do not COVER them with linen) if you take advantage of opening the windows for a long time!…
