Rooms: large room with kitchen-living room, fireplace (also for heating) + underfloor heating (for tiles), large bright attic: yoga/meditation room (please only enter barefoot/on socks-thank), 2 bedrooms upstairs, other sleeping facilities (living room, barn, gable), only one bathroom, 2nd in extension, large garden.

The place is conveniently located (on the L63). Bus station is 100 meters from the property. Parking is possible at the house. A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

Cozy apartment on historic 4-sided courtyard

In the historic village street is our communal 4Seitenhof. The apartment is located in the eastern former stable building and has been lovingly renovated and equipped. It consists of an open plan living, dining and sleeping area with small shower room and terrace to the courtyard. The kitchen has, among other things, a fridge with freezer, a stove with oven and a dishwasher. Garden use is possible. Also visit the curious alpaca in the neighboring village (additional costs).

Retro apartment

If you love patina walls, vintage furniture and an individual style of furnishing, you will feel comfortable in this apartment. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is bright and can accommodate up to 3 people on 70 square meters. It has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is a 140 cm bed in one bedroom and in the 2nd bedroom has a 90 bed. Please note: As this is an old building, the shower situation is not ideal (no shower curtain can be attached).

Cozy little apartment - arrive and feel good

Gommern is a small town in the countryside near Magdeburg (15 km). In summer, nearby lakes in the beautiful recreational area invite you to swim (free access). Long walks or a small bike trip, we have a lot of nature to offer and are happy to give excursion tips. The apartment (58 sqm) overlooking the countryside is located on the 2nd floor of a small three-family house (8 steep steps), 2 minutes' walk from the train station. "The 24" in the Hoher Fläming

Not far from the Hagelberg, the highest elevation in the state of Brandenburg, you will find our small, lovingly ecologically fully renovated holiday home. In summer cool, warm in winter, clay walls and cellulose insulation ensure this. The water is heated by solar thermal energy; if the sun is not enough for heating, wood pellets are used. There is enough space for four to sleep. Welcome for families, couples, assembly workers. Pets are NOT allowed.

Das Studio HUGO bietet alles, was das Urlauberherz begehrt – ruhig gelegen am Georgengarten, im Radius von einem Kilometer das Bauhaus, die Meisterhäuser und das Kornhaus erreichbar und doch nur wenige Kilometer von der Innenstadt entfernt. Ob nur für einen Wochenendtrip zum Erkunden der Stadt oder auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt, beispielsweise während Ihrer Arbeit in Dessau, lässt es sich im grünen Stadtteil Ziebigk gut leben und entspannen.

Freuen Sie sich auf eine besondere Überraschung: Hier wartet im Dachgeschoss ein wunderbar geräumiger Loft-Raum! Ein Raum mit viel, viel Licht und noch mehr Raumvolumen! Im Zentrum steht das spektakuläre, runde Südfenster, das den Rahmen vorgibt für den Postkarten-Blick auf die Schlosswiese. Nach Westen geht es hinaus zur weiträumigen Terrasse. Das ist das perfekte Frühstückszimmer – und abends der richtige Logenplatz für den Sonnenuntergang.

Central & quiet, 1 km to the Meisterhäuser

The apartment located in the basement has a large bedroom/living room, where another person can sleep on the ottoman or a guest mattress if necessary, a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom with toilet, bathtub, shower and bidet. The Meisterhäuser are a 15-minute walk (1 km), the Bauhaus is about 25 minutes (2 km). Parking in front of the house as well as storage facilities for bicycles are provided.

Rural location in the small village of Grebs im Hohen Fläming 45 minutes south-west of Berlin. The large communal garden offers enough space to relax. Our newly renovated apartment on the second floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge.
