El departamento de Charles estaba espectacular , tal y como aparece en las fotos , está decorado de manera muy amena que permite tener una experiencia de máximo confort , en todo momento estuvieron al pendiente sobre alguna duda que tuviera , lo recomiendo mucho!

Estimado equipo de Airbnb, Quería compartir con ustedes mi experiencia durante mi estadía en su propiedad del 23 al 27 de mayo. En general, todo estaba muy limpio y organizado, lo cual aprecio mucho. Sin embargo, hubo algunos inconvenientes que me gustaría mencionar para mejorar la experiencia de futuros huéspedes: 1. Tuve que contactar al anfitrión para solicitar bolsas de basura, lo cual podría haberse prevenido dejando varias bolsas accesibles para su uso. 2. Sería útil tener toallas extra disponibles, para facilitar el cambio sin tener que solicitarlo. 3. Noté que la parte de arriba del lavabo del baño tiene un problema de que estánca el agua se y dificulta el uso, especialmente al ordenar mi bolsita de maquillaje ya que se mojo toda😭 Agradezco su atención a estos detalles y espero que puedan considerarlos para mejorar la experiencia de los próximos huéspedes. Sandra’s place is awesome ,, very safe and the whole stuff is always looking for the safety of all the guest in the building ,,, Energy building definitely is my first choice from now on ,,, place where you stay comfortably as longest that you comply with the rules and common decency of the place without being restricted, really felt like home

I rated my experience here 5 star because of the host/staff. Very commutative and accommodating. The loft well this Old Girl is getting a little long in the tooth. Everything works but it needs an update or refresh. I think that would make it more comfortable and modern.

We stayed at this finca with our family the week leading up to our wedding, and it was absolutely perfect. The property is even more beautiful than the photos, with lush greenery and a stunning garden that made every moment feel peaceful and special. The hosts, especially Monica, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable—they helped us hire staff for a brunch we hosted, and shared fantastic local recommendations for everything from grocery stores to takeout. The house can be a bit tricky to find at first, but once you arrive, it’s more than worth it. We felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Book with confidence—you won’t be disappointed!

This is probably one of the best spots in Medellin, what an amazing stay and amazing host. A huge thank you to Andreas one of the most amazing, helpful, kind individual who helped us with everything we ever needed and felt extremely safe and right at home. The place is amazing, the views are breathtaking, awesome jacuzzi. The host, benjamin was a true gentleman and very kind to allow us to be free in his home. Worth every dollar, the best place in the city, amazing view points nearby as well. Will definitely visit again and if this place is ever available, i highly recommend to not miss out on this gem and amazing people! Thank you guys again for everything!

Nuestra experiencia en este apartamento fue excelente. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, muy bien cuidado y con todos los detalles que uno necesita para una estadía cómoda. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo y muy fácil de moverse. Lo que más queremos destacar es la amabilidad y el servicio del host. Fue atento desde el primer momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y hacer que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Se nota que realmente se preocupa por ofrecer una experiencia de calidad. 100% recomendado. Sin duda, volveríamos.

I and my 80 yr old group of friends stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Had everything you need, great location and the neighborhood had a great vibe. It IS on the 2nd level and you have 27 stairs to get there. Also below the apt there are businesses & it is usually busy/noisy. But if you have no problem with the stairs or the noise then you abso-lutely should stay there. We chose to stay there in spite of those things & enjoyed our whole visit. Santiago is very good about communication. I would go back.

Lovely and clean place with great view; close to all the great restaurants and nightlife without the unwanted noise. Quick 6 minutes ride from the heart of Provenza. Lovely building with nice staff. Host was very friendly and helpful with instructions and recommendations. Would not hesitate to stay again

Jessica was always friendly from the beginning until the last day. She's a very friendly host. The appartment was to my liking. I would definitely stay there again. It was very pleasant. The views from the balcony were amazing. I felt right at home. Would recommend this place to everyone.
