Vacation rentals with a patio in Rethimnon

Nous avons absolument adorées notre séjour au Penthouse. Nous sommes un groupe de 3 couples avec deux bébés. La disposition du logement était parfaite. Nous avions chacun une chambre avec salle de bain et balcon ce qui nous permettait de tous avoir un peu d’intimité. Le logement est très bien insonorisé également. L’hôte avait laissé avant notre arrivé deux lits de bébés avec plusieurs couvertes chaudes et propres à l’intérieur, ainsi que deux chaises hautes bien équipées. Il y avait même quelques jouets pour bébé. Que dire de la propreté des lieux. C’était tout simplement parfait. Après quelques jours, nous avons même eu droit à un ménage complet et en profondeur des lieux. Finalement, le localisation est plus que parfaite. Vous êtes situés au abord de la vieille ville. Vous sortez du Penthouse et à quelques pas seulement vous y trouverez d’excellent restaurants, cafés et boutiques. Le port en soit est à seulement quelques minutes de marches. WoW je recommande vivement!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Nikos war einfach fantastisch. Das Apartment war nicht nur leicht zu finden, sondern auch äusserst geräumig und komfortabel für zwei Personen. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Lage ist toll, ob zu Fuss oder mit dem Auto, man ist schnell in der Nähe von Restaurants, Cafés und einem kleinen Supermarkt, der alles bietet, was man braucht. Besonders haben wir den Garten geschätzt, der jedoch temporär durch eine Baustelle beeinträchtigt war, was aber bald vorbei sein wird. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a short but wonderful stay at Dimitris and Danae’s villa, we were so surprised at how large and open the space is, it’s really a beautiful stay in the heart of the village on the mountains. We visited the Bistro owned by Dimitris next door, which do great coffees, smoothies and food- no wonder it seems so popular. Everything about this stay was perfect from the warm welcome we received to the privacy when relaxing by the pool, we would love to stay again in the future ☺️

Elizabeth and Lily's place is absolutely gorgeous. The house was impecable. Super clean. Very spacious, lots of bright light, and also has automatic dark shades. Towels were super comfortable, you get both shower and beach towels. We had a welcome basket with bread, jam, honey, there was fruit and water bottles in the fridge. Super attentive host. The house is probably the best one in the complex. Excellent view of the ocean, you can see some magnificent sunsets right from the balcony. There is also a terrace where you can have breakfast/coffee. The pool is super close, clean and gated with a keypad. Very secure area. Absolutely loved it. I wish I was there still. Will definitely go back and highly recommend it to everyone!

Absolutely fabulous. Iwona’s apartment was better than we expected. The rooms were spotless, the a/c in the bedroom was cool, the shower was hot, the kitchen was well stocked and modern. The gardens were beautiful, the pool just right and the surrounding area is tranquil. The air in the mountains and the water from the taps is soft. The sun shone for our entire stay and the local cafe on the crossroads was perfect for a cold beer or a glass of something stronger... Friendly locals, hidden beaches and well stocked shops. Just watch out for the walk up Cardiac Hill.

We enjoyed a wonderful family holiday based in this beautiful and spacious apartment. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Panagiotis and team at the management company are personable and responsive, ready with local recommendations for activities and dining. We will certainly come back when next we are able, and have no hesitation in recommending Riviera Vista luxury apartments.

We had a lovely stay! I definitely give it 5* for everything and look forward to being back! Kostis has been a wonderful host and super helpful throughout many weeks before we checked in- from sending us timetables, to restaurant recommendations, to supermarkets! We couldn’t have asked for better! The place is perfectly located in the old town close to all the lovely shops and restaurants- and this apartment has everything you need! I recommend it 100%

Sehr schöne Wohnung, liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einer Überraschung in einem der Schlafzimmer. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Sehr sauber. Ruhige Lage, perfekt um vom Alltag abzuschalten. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Manos. Einzig die schweren Koffern zwischen Parkplatz und Haus zu transportieren war umständlich. Für Menschen mit einer Gehbehinderung ist das Haus aufgrunddes Zugangs nicht zu empfehlen. 20 Minuten zum Strand von Sougia mit herrlichem Wasser. Im Juni waren kaum Leute da.

Tolle Gastgeber, sehr zuvorkommend & hilfsbereit. Die Familie kann man nur ins Herz schließen ❤️. Danke auch für den Osterkorb mit dem leckeren Gepäck und den Eiern. Und nicht zu vergessen, das selbstgemachte, kaltgepresste Olivenöl 😋 und viele liebevolle Details zum Empfang. Das wunderschöne und liebevoll eingerichtete Appartement mit großzügiger Terrasse hat unsere Erwartungen als Vielreisende voll erfüllt 👍. Besten Dank für die schöne Zeit auf Kreta.+

Jolie maison cosy, belle terrasse sur le toit dans une rue typiquement grecque, à 5mn de la plage et 2 mn de restaurants, commerces etc. Un magnifique séjour à Rethymno et un hôte à l'écoute et de bon conseil. Je recommande vivement!

Séjour en famille (2 adultes et deux enfants en bas âge) dans le logement de Kostas. Le lieu est spacieux, fraichement rénové avec tous les équipements nécessaires. (Lit de bébé disponible). Le logement est très calme et propre. La terrasse est très agréable (En avril, il faisait trop frais pour profiter de la piscine). Deux tavernes disponibles sur Apostoli. Nous avons préféré celles de Agia Foteni (Sivritos) et Thronos (Aravanes). Rethymno se trouve à 45 min environs. Nombreuses promenades ou randonnées à proximité. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à LotusLand. Nous y retournerions avec plaisir. Très bonne communication avec Kostas qui s’assure su confort de ses hôtes. Le seul point d’amélioration concerne l’accès. La route est en mauvais état et il est difficile de manoeuvrer. Dans la journée, nous nous garions sur la route principale (en contrebas de l’église).

We had a wonderful two weeks at this rental. Sthatis and Alexandra were fantastic hosts, very responsive and accommodating. The house is exactly like the photos (minus the hanging chairs- but they were not missed). It is ade up of two separate apartments each with 2 bedrooms. It is well equipped and gets the most beautiful sunsets, perfect for an evening barbeque . If you wish to explore the island you will definitely need a car but it is wonderfully located between many of the islands attractions and accessible from both airports. The lovely maid (whose name I cannot remember- sorry!) attended twice. We had some unusual weather while we were there, including a sandstorm which coated the entire area in dust, but Stathis and Alexandra had organised the following day to have the outdoor areas cleaned and the pool water serviced so that we could use the facilities, which we were very impressed by. Overall it was a fantastic choice and we would recommend it to anybody considering staying

The Location was amazing. Quite and private. Everything was amazing there was nothing to complain about probably the best airbnb I have ever stayed in. Marianna is absolutely amazing. The sweetest and most caring host ever. She gave us so many recommendations and was beyond helpful. I would recommend mend this place to everyone!!

Bra boende, snäll och hjälpsam värd som alltid fanns tillgänglig för oss. 10 min in till centrala Rethymno på asfalterade vägar. Värden välkomnade oss med matprodukter och vin i kylen. Boendet motsvarar bilderna. Pool och jacuzzi helt privat utan insyn (vilket inte gäller villa daphne strax bredvid oss). Vi är nöjda med allt. Enda minus är att jacuzzin inte var helt ren, vi fick göra rent den själva.

We hebben met ons gezin met twee kleine kinderen een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het appartement van Violetta. De omgeving is prachtig en ondanks dat je en paar minuten van een leuk stadje zit is het ook echt een plek om even helemaal tot rust te komen. Het appartement zelf is erg mooi en solide en de uitzichten ‘s avonds zijn prachtig. Violetta reageert snel op berichten en gaf ons nog goede tips tijdens ons verblijf. Enorme aanrader!

It was great staying in Roustika! We came in June, but can see the appeal of the place in the hotter months, as the air is cooler than the lower parts of the island.

Maria is a fantastic host. very friendly and great communication! Nothing was too much trouble for her. The apartment is very cosy and has everything you need, great touch with the air fryer. Has a dedicated drinking tap on the sink. Maria provided some nice treats also ham/cheese in the fridge. A 10 minute walk down the hill into town, never struggled finding a parking space close by. Will definitely return next time we're back in the area!!

Ein großes Dankeschön an Konstantinos und Stelina, die eine wunderschöne Wohnung für ihre Gäste zur Verfügung stellen. Wir waren begeistert von der Aufteilung der Räume, sehr modern mit bodentiefen Fenstern, einer Küche, in der nichts fehlte (selbst eine Salatschleuder und ein Messbecher waren da!) und mit einem komfortablen Bett. Die Handtücher werden jeden 3. Tag gewechselt und die Bettwäsche jeden 5. Tag, echter Luxus! Es duftet sehr angenehm, Dank der gut ausgesuchten Duftstäbchen. Für mich ist eine gut riechende Wohnung immer sehr wichtig und das haben wir ebenso sehr geschätzt. Der Balkon ist luftig und nach 10:00 im Schatten, da lässt es sich angenehm aushalten und der schöne Blick auf die Souda Bay ist einfach herrlich. Zur Innenstadt sind es ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto, man ist also schnell im Zentrum, aber abends auch schnell wieder draußen. Ideal für Menschen, die das Stadtleben genießen wollen, es aber lieber etwas ruhiger haben möchten. Danke nochmals für alles!!

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Anastasia & John. L'appartement, spacieux et joliment décoré, est bien situé pour se balader dans la région de Chania. L'emplacement est central, on peut facilement se rendre à pied sur le front de mer, tout en étant au calme. Nous avons spécialement apprécié la grande terrasse verdoyante et la literie très confortable. Enfin, le contact avec Anastasia et John a été très facile, ils nous ont gentiment accueillis malgré notre heure d'arrivée tardive, et avec un petit plateau d'accueil et des conseils de restos. Nous les remercions :) et les recommandons chaleureusement. Alice & Jonathan

Loved the huge deck. Across street from beautiful beach where you could rent chairs and an umbrella and order food and drink. Walk to dozens of all kinds of different restaurants right on the “the strip” and in the old town.

Despina was a very helpful and communicative host who responded to all questions very quickly. The apartment is situated in the hills with a view of the sea. Rethymno is an easy 10 minute car journey away. It was very nice to sit outside in the evening, on the patio next to the swimming pool, and watch the sunset and the sea. The private swimming pool is small but fine for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring. The kids liked it. The apartment is a good size and includes all the equipment you would find in your house (washing machine, oven, microwave, clothes iron...). This makes it very practical. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay and a convenient base from which to explore the area around Rethymno.

Beautiful stay! Such tasteful design, spotless home with really wonderful staff to help. The team was very responsive and had really set up the place to make it very warm. It had everything you may neeed and more! Super strong winter net too so we enjoyed working there. Loved it and would definitely suggest!

Die Unterkunft von Giorgos entsprach exakt den in der Beschreibung angegeben Werten. Meine Freundin und ich waren rund 10 Tage da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider war während unseres Urlaubes eine Baustelle unmittelbar vor der Tür. Der Lärm war laut und es gab viel Staub auf dem Balkon. Giorgos hat aber hervorragend und nett auf die Mängel reagiert und uns auch einen Preisnachlass von 20% angeboten. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und wir konnten die Situation schnell klären. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung reicht vollkommen für zwei Leute. Man kann den Strand und einige tolle Restaurants mit einem kleinen Fußmarsch von 7 Minuten erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber und gepflegt. Wenn man zu zweit ist braucht man auch keine Spühlmaschine, deswegen haben wir das Fehlen dieser auch nicht gespürt. Für einen Einzel oder Pärchenurlaub kann ich diese Wohnung nur empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Stella was an outstanding host. Her accommodation is beautiful. Everything was perfectly prepared. A delicious cake was waiting for us on the table. There were also various foods from Stella's parents' garden in the fridge. Stella is very communicative and gives great tips about the area. Thank you for this wonderful time.
