A wonderful week at the end of the season. Peaceful, well equipped and great views. Lovely host, felt so welcome. Perfect.

Mike was great from the start…we booked last minute and he texted me immediately. He made everything very easy and was extremely friendly when we got there to check in. He showed us everything about the apartment that we needed to know and gave us lots of tips on where to go to eat and to see the best sites. The rooftop space was beautiful and the apartment was very close to everything in the area… We were able to walk to everything! I would definitely recommend staying there… Thank you, Mike!

We had a short but wonderful stay at Dimitris and Danae’s villa, we were so surprised at how large and open the space is, it’s really a beautiful stay in the heart of the village on the mountains. We visited the Bistro owned by Dimitris next door, which do great coffees, smoothies and food- no wonder it seems so popular. Everything about this stay was perfect from the warm welcome we received to the privacy when relaxing by the pool, we would love to stay again in the future ☺️

The one-room apartment on the first floor above a good bakery corresponded to the photos. The balcony was larger than expected. The friendly landlord supplied us well with produce from his garden. The price/quality ratio was right.

Highly recommend to anyone coming to the area. The place is exactly as in the pictures and it met our expectations and even more. The location is perfect, the apartment is incredibly clean and everything we asked for, we immediately received a response. The pool with a perfect view. And most importantly - Mina, the owner of the place. She was in daily contact with us to recommend attractions and restaurants and more.. And took care of every detail during our visit. We felt like family. And we will definitely be back in the future..

We had an exceptional welcome from Andreas and Maria. The accommodation is impeccable, the pool area is very nice and the sea view is superb. We loved having breakfast in the morning on the quiet terrace. Their tavern is really a must, the food is incredible and the welcome wonderful! Thank you so much for your stay.

Hidden gem! Loved this home, literally two minute walk to Golden Beach. Katerina is so sweet (she met us in-person, had local restaurant recommendations, and even provided a bottle of wine). The home was perfect for our group of 6 (great value for the money, too). Would 100% come again!

Fantastic place. Great views from the sun terrace overlooking the bay, so could sit and watch boats and cruise ships on their way to Chania. Only 5 mins walk down a gentle hill to the beach, shops & restaurants. Felt very private, although there were other apartments there, it is laid out so you are not overlooked. Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival and apartment staff were there every day keeping the pool and surrounding areas clean & tidy. Gas BBQ on the terrace was great. Good choice of restaurants along the beach, as well as a few small supermarkets in the centre. 40 mins drive from the airport and well positioned for visiting Chania (which was beautiful) and exploring the area. We had a thoroughly relaxing stay and have already recommended it to friends, and would definitely stay again. Kreta Eiendom's team were very responsive, when we had a small issue during our stay.

It was super nice here. We were warmly welcomed and communication went smoothly. The place is as pictured. You're a bit up the mountain, which is super nice because it's much quieter there. The city and the beach are within walking distance. We were very satisfied.

Great stay! We would be happy to come back, especially for the awesome location in the center of the pretty city of Rethymnon, for the two large sunny terraces and for the great kindness of the hosts! Even if the kitchen is very small, it's a pleasure to cook there. The place is fully equipped and the dishes provided are beautiful! Internet is fast, but sometimes there are small outages of a few seconds and the signal enters the main room but is weak in the bedrooms.

Best airbnb we have ever stayed at because of Andonis's (and his mother, Maria, who lives in the same complex) hospitality. Andonis gave us great recommendations and even dropped off a bottle of delicious rose. Maria made our stay feel like a home. She brought us oranges from her garden for fresh juice, dolma made with zucchini flower, and spanakopita. The kitchen was also fully equipped so we were able to cook at home at least two meals a day. If we return to Crete, we can't wait to stay again.

The place is quite clean and quiet. It is located the top floor and the ocean view from the room is wonderful. It has sufficient kitchen equipment, large living and bed rooms. A free parking spot is close by. I recommend this place.

Eva‘s apartement was super clean and exactly like she described. Our plane was late but our check-in was flexible thanks to Eva. She made us feel at home right away and also came bearing gifts for us, traditional Raki and amazingly fresh fruits (her figs were delicious!!). She also sent us many recommendations on what to do, which restaurant to check out and her preferred beaches etc. Also, we were able to park our rental car at her property. We stayed only 10 days which was too short as always. The bedroom was perfectly dark thanks to the blinds so our sleep was deep and recharging. Overall, I can fully recommend Eva‘s place. It‘s a perfect place to chill and relax and it‘s not too far away from the beaches and restaurants. Thanks for making our stay so awesome!

From the start, Sia and her husband were very warm and welcoming. At check-in, they walked us through the apartment, which looked exactly like the photos. The view is fantastic from the front balcony. Everything was very clean. Loved that there were electronic blinds for most windows. We rented a car and there was a parking spot available for us in Sia's garage. We did find the bed a bit too hard for our tastes (to each their own!), and we sometimes had trouble with the wifi dropping in the main bedroom. Overall, we loved Sia's place and would stay there again!

Ioanna was the most incredible host we have ever had, she is very thoughtful, the apartment was great, with lots of little extras like food and beverages for us. The outside terrace is amazing, a great place to eat, relax, and hang out. The kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with everything a traveler would need. The location is close to the beach and restaurants and walkable to the old town, and also quiet. Ioanna was a great communicator and kept us well fed, arranged transportation to the airport, and quickly answered any questions I had. I highly recommend this place, and I hope that we can stay there again someday!

We can highly recommend this accommodation. It's tucked away in a very secluded spot, which makes it wonderfully peaceful. At the same time, you can reach restaurants and a mini market in just a few minutes. A car is essential! The garden is stunning. The biodiversity is incredible. There's always something new to discover. The house is quite small and simply furnished, but that was absolutely fine. Everything was clean, and that's what matters most. The long driveway leading to the house can be a bit intimidating—it just slopes down without any railing or guard. But that’s just part of the Cretan charm. Giannis was always very friendly and helpful—thank you for everything! We also got to know the neighboring family and even visited them. Such kind people. And the animals! Aphroditi the horse, a peacock, chickens, and turkeys—our daughter loved them. Overall a great experience. We were very happy and would definitely recommend it. Who knows—maybe we’ll be back in a few years!

Our stay at Niko's house was just great! The rooftop terrace offers a breathtaking view that you can even enjoy from the hot tub. The location is quiet and relaxing without feeling restricted. The house is spacious and full of loving details that create a special atmosphere. We felt completely comfortable and can highly recommend this house!

We had a wonderful two weeks at this rental. Sthatis and Alexandra were fantastic hosts, very responsive and accommodating. The house is exactly like the photos (minus the hanging chairs- but they were not missed). It is ade up of two separate apartments each with 2 bedrooms. It is well equipped and gets the most beautiful sunsets, perfect for an evening barbeque . If you wish to explore the island you will definitely need a car but it is wonderfully located between many of the islands attractions and accessible from both airports. The lovely maid (whose name I cannot remember- sorry!) attended twice. We had some unusual weather while we were there, including a sandstorm which coated the entire area in dust, but Stathis and Alexandra had organised the following day to have the outdoor areas cleaned and the pool water serviced so that we could use the facilities, which we were very impressed by. Overall it was a fantastic choice and we would recommend it to anybody considering staying

We enjoyed Markos very much! He has a very nice house and our children enjoyed the pool very much. Markos is a very nice and helpful person and left us various cold drinks and ice cubes in the fridge. That was really great upon arrival! This allowed us to enjoy the arrival directly! Thank you for everything Markos! We are definitely coming back for a longer stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, luxurious villa. Emmanuel is a fantastic host- generous, welcoming, kind, and always helpful. We feel very lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in this very special villa.

A beautiful Crete getaway in a great home. Charikleia will always be there for you to answer your questions, give you good recommendations and even bring some traditional sweets. The accommodation is very well located, quiet and relaxing with all the equipment to be comfortable during the stay. You have nearby not even a 5-minute walk to a small convenience store and a 10-minute walk to the beach and small restaurants (be careful in early November only 4 open restaurants). To get to Elafonisi or Balos, plan to drive 3h10 and 3h45. For a family of three we really enjoyed this largely livable place as a family. The pool is a real plus. It was a great vacation and I really recommend this place. Thank you again for your kindness and generosity. Thanks for the three of us!

I recently stayed at this beautiful villa in Greece, and it exceeded all my expectations! Stayed here from June 9 - June 13, our reservation was for two people. Mano was very kind and accommodating to us. We took a ferry to Heraklion, rented a car, and drove to the Airbnb. No trouble finding it, and having a private parking space in this location is a HUGE plus! Chania parking and driving is very chaotic. Airbnb was very generously stocked with espresso pods, Ouzo, items from the hosts bakery (the banana bread was incredible), a bottle of water, and more. Everything we needed! Excellent local recommendations and a super market within a short walk. Everything worked perfectly and was very clean too! Would 100% recommend and stay here again!
