Arnold Farmhouse (Italianate - private bath)

KimberlyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
This is my 2nd stay at Vicki’s. I love the Victorian home she grew up in. It like stepping back in time and the surround area, farmlands, and towns are lovely to explore. Easy access from major road yet feels off the beaten path. I highly recommend staying here. I will be back.

The June Farms Lake House

PatrickRating, 5 stars24 months ago
June Farms is an amazing place! My kids (8 and 4) said it was their favorite vacation. The location is beautiful, private, and stocked with everything you need. The lake is incredible and the house is just like the pictures - very comfortable, relaxing, and easy. This was the perfect location for a family get together and hang by the lake. Even in the pouring rain - it was perfect. What really set this apart was the extras - the kayaks, paddleboards, stocked kitchen (utensils, condiments, EVERYTHING you need!), June-farms gifts (soaps, matches, wood, etc), available platters (we bought the charcuterie and fruit platters - both delicious and well worth the money), and the responsiveness of the hosts! They were always available, friendly, easy going - just all around excellent hosts! We will definitely be back - I can’t say enough great stuff about this spot! Thank you

Susan was lovely, kindly offered to cook us breakfast and watch our dog while we went to dinner! The location of this bnb is hard to beat, amidst a charming town, accompanied by the sounds of birds chirping and the sights of fireflies and rolling hills. Was a welcome reprieve from our normal city life!

Jiminy Peak Peaceful Home in Berkshires

EllenRating, 5 stars4 months ago
We had a great stay at Michelle’s place. It was very conveniently located to the base of Jiminy Peak, which made getting to and from the mountain very easy. The house was very well appointed and had everything we needed. We used the fireplace twice and it was super easy. Having access to the facilities at The Country Inn at Jiminy Peak was great as I am injured and can’t ski currently, so instead I went to the gym each day. My family didn’t want to leave and my kids are asking when we can go back!
A warm campfire crackles within a stone ring, surrounded by lush greenery. The tranquil pond reflects the evening sky, painted with soft hues of orange and purple. A torch illuminates the area, adding to the peaceful setting enjoyed during sunset.

1847 farm house with private pond

DanielRating, 5 stars78 months ago
New Years Weekend Celebration: We loved our stay at Tutti Farm. We visited at 5 couples for a long weekend over NYE. I highly recommend for a getaway trip. The layout is conducive to large groups, bedrooms upstairs or down a quiet ground floor hallway. The living spaces are large and flexible in spacing. We stayed indoors during NYE expect for a couple night time fires and star gazing, and throwing a football around the large backyard. As a groups shut in for 3 days, we had a blast! Check In The neighbors helped check with an early check-in, welcomed us with a bottle of wine, a complete house manual for any questions that come up, enough fire for the indoor fireplace, potbelly stove and outdoor fire pit. The House Spacious, perfect for a family or multi friend / couples gathering with large living space, outdoor space and kitchen. The beds were comfortable with nice linens, up to date amenities and clean modern bathrooms. The Kitchen It's apparent this is Alex's part time residence, because all the kitchen tools you'd want, are in the cupboards. We cook, and over packed our own gear because the house comes with great service plates, wine glasses, kitchen tools, great stove, large fridge and everything modern and up to date. The kitchen is large, central and the dining room is adjacent, perfect for entertaining. Hospitality Alex followed up on phone and email with recommendations for restaurants, shopping and nearby activities including hikes, peace pagoda and nearby Mass MoCA. Check Out Very easy, flexible with timing on NYE weekend, and expected check out process handling sheets, towels and dishes.

Converted Barn w/pond on 120 Acres

DanielRating, 5 stars11 months ago
We had a wonderful stay at the converted barn during the July 4 week. This was a return visit for us. We liked it so much the first time—we stayed there while attending a nearby music festival several years ago—that we decided to return. The barn is full of character and nestled in beautiful rustic surroundings. Highly recommended!

Charming, historic country home, peaceful setting

TheresaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Connie was an amazing host. The White Oaks was well supplied, clean, comfortable and we wanted for nothing. From coffee, to dishes, making dinning and not worrying about utensils or serving ware. Beyond pleasantly pleased. The beds were soooo comfortable and the rooms well appointed. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Every time I reached out to ask a question, she was right there. Highly recommend staying any of Connie properties.

Fam-Friendly Berkshire Views and Private Swim Pond

AlexRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We had an absolutely blast with our three dogs and four family members. Matt, the host, was extremely responsive, kind, and professional. The property is amazing. We went during peak foliage and it was incredible. Private, nice views, plenty of space for dogs. We played board games and ate meals at the beautiful dining room table with excellent views. Firewood was well stocked and accessible. I highly recommend this place year round.

We loved our stay at Thomas’s place! The beautifully updated farmhouse is surrounded by greenery and a few friendly cows who were always eager to say hello. The home was thoughtfully renovated, preserving its historic charm while offering modern comfort. We especially appreciated how close it was to both June Farms and town. The perfect mix of peaceful retreat and convenience for those of us coming from the city. It made for an ideal weekend getaway for our family. Thomas was incredibly responsive and a fantastic host. Highly recommend!

Comfy cozy on the Funny Farm

ChristineRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
You simply won’t find a more accommodating host than at the cute Funny Farm!!! When our plans unfortunately had to change, they were still incredibly flexible and more than happy to board our dog for the long day (plus texted adorable photos of our sweet fur baby romping around with his new dog buddies and having a blast!). It really helped make our weekend plans still work out beautifully, despite the stressful changes (and we now have a super kind dog boarder whenever we’re back in the area again in the future!). Thank you so much for the kindness you showed us, we definitely won’t forget it! ❤️🥰🙏❤️

*Jericho Hollow Farm* 5 Minutes to Jiminy Peak

AndrewRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Suze was the most gracious and responsive host I’ve ever worked with at Airbnb. Her and her property manager Jared were always available to fix any issue. They were patient with my group (who were admittedly bad at reading all the details…) The house was awesome. Truly a unique New England gem with historical charm. Every bedroom was well designed and even though we had a lot of people in the house it never felt cramped because of the layout. The bathrooms were great. The kitchen was excellent especially the large modern fridge that was super useful for our big group. Suze and Jared went above and beyond in being great hosts. I can’t recommend this place enough. We had a large group going back and forth to Jiminy Peak and it was an easy 6 min drive. It’s really a perfect place if you’re planning a weekend in the Berkshires with a large group.

We had an amazing time at the tiny home! It was the perfect fall trip. The property is beautiful and it was great to explore with all the changing leaves. The home was very clean and cozy. I woke up every morning feeling so well rested because of the great bed and being surrounded by the serene woods! We love animals so we were pretty bummed the donkeys were no longer there, but everything else was awesome! Would definitely love to stay at Alisha and Barry’s again.

Beautiful 1850s farmhouse full of boho, eclectic, shabby chic decor. So charming and cozy and perfect for our family (6 adults) weekend. Barbara is a wonderful host. The property is huge and butts up to wonderful June Farms which I highly recommend. It is also close to Troy and Albany which had so many restaurants and things to do.

1 Bedroom; 1.5 miles to Jiminy Peak; Pet Friendly

DianaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
My stay at this small farm was fabulous! I can’t say enough how much I enjoyed it, and how relaxing being on the property is. The unit was very clean, large, and as pictured. You feel right at home the moment you walk in, and are greeted with a nice assortment of treats. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, and very responsive if you have a question. This little farm is in the perfect location. You can drive in any direction on easy roads and be at the various attractions the Berkshires offer, and then when you are done dealing with all the tourists, you come back to tranquility and peacefulness. The horses are wonderful, and I already miss my morning greetings by them when I would take my dog for a walk on the property. I had a couple friends and family come visit me during my 4-week stay, and they were all blown away with this place and loved their time with me. Kitchen is well stocked, there are plenty of outlets, internet was fast, and having YouTube TV was great.
