We enjoyed our stay at this One cool place! A bit tricky with the carpark, but great location and lots of great food options nearby.

Small place (would only recommend for two people) but in a great location and has everything you need! Very easy to walk around town from the location. Place was clean and hosts were very communicative!

I was looking for a centrally located spot in Auckland city, that also had good eating options and pathways through park area close to hand. Phil's place ticked all of these boxes, and I couldn't be happier with my stay. If you are looking for similar qualities, as well as a comfortable haven to base yourself, look no further!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Such a beautiful place. I picked this place in particular for the bathroom for my mum. She uses a Walker and wheelchair and needs enough space to get around. This property was perfect and she really loved the view. Everything was clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. I definitely would book this again.

Booked this place for my partners Mum and it was such an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, somewhere close to CBD but still enjoy the quiet, and the perfect place to unwind. Everything about the stay was just perfect and incredibly convenient with location, which made our trip so enjoyable and stress-free. Lum was a fantastic host — super responsive, kind, and truly went above and beyond to help us out whenever we needed anything. His hospitality really made a difference and added such a personal, caring touch to our experience. We’re already talking about coming back soon. We always enjoy our stay at Heidi’s! It’s clean, the location is great, close to Sylvia Park and nice and quiet. The apartment’s unique location in the building means that it doesn’t share any walls with neighbours and has its own private access to the beautiful bbq area. We can’t wait to come back again!

We had a lovely stay at Geoff’a Airbnb. Very very clean space, warm and quiet! Lots of recommendations for dinner and things nearby provided. Check in was super easy and Geoff was always very responsive. Lucky enough to enjoy the spa too! Thankyou for having us!

Another Perfect Stay – Highly Recommend! This was my second time staying at this Airbnb, and it was just as amazing as the first. Everything was spotless, well thought out, and incredibly comfortable. The hosts clearly take pride in the details, and it really shows. What a special place to spend a few days in the city. It was a corner of peace surrounded by a mini rainforest that Maureen and Stephan had beautiful curated. They had thought about all the little details, with blankets and a heater as we were going into winter, some supplies of tea, coffee etc, a mini laundry and the icing on the cake was the hot tub. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place! Would highly recommend.

Had a great stay here for 4 nights when visiting for work from Sydney. Likely to visit the area again and would book this place without hesitation. Very comfortable and charismatic home. Plenty of space, a lovely outdoor courtyard, quiet and the hosts checked that we were settled and comfortable before leaving us to enjoy our stay, which was lovely. Thank you Holly and Daniel. What a spot! This house is beautiful - open, airy, light and spacious, and the mid-century-modern styling was right up our alley. We made the most of the sunny weather in the sprawling gardens, and the cold plunge and sauna were such a luxury - it definitely felt like we were staying at a private retreat while still being close to everything. Katie and Dan were super responsive and helpful with any questions we had too, and ensured we had an easy and comfortable stay. Looking forward to staying again next time we're in Auckland.

Paul and Hong were wonderful hosts! The place and the neighborhood are amazing! Friendly people and safe. So close to everything, restaurants, grocery store, bus and of course, the beach. There is an excellent walk along the ocean from St. Heliers right to downtown Auckland. Place is beautiful and has everything you need and very clean. This was a last minute trip, but we could not have been a better place - the house, location, and everything was lovely 😊😊 we miss it already! A massive bonus is the kids play room - our baby loved it!

We had a great stay in this lovely accommodation. Perfect for a couple. It was very quiet despite being off a main road and it was fantastic having the bus into the city right outside the door. John’s apartment is not a great apartment. No, it’s a VERY great apartment, probably the best I have ever rented in Auckland. Ideally located, very well furnished, full of light, it ticks all the boxes.

Really great place we enjoyed our stay the balcony is really nice to sit on great sunsets and the sound proofing is quite good so you don’t hear the motorway. Really close to Albany mall and the surrounding bays, so many great places to eat. And it was only 20 mins into the city. Would recommend it for a super affordable stay in Auckland.

Thank you for a lovely stay Lilly. Lillys place is lovely, it was walking distance to Ponsenby shops and central to all the areas we wanted to visit. Lilly had a cot set up for our daughter when we arrived and was very welcoming. She left us to it after showing us how to get into the apartment. The house spacious and clean and the house had everything that we needed. A beautiful home.

Repeat Customer This is just a very special place. We have stayed here multiple times. It feels like our home away from home. It’s just very unique to be in a very private building right in the middle of a fantastic beach town on what is probably the best urban beach in New Zealand. You will love it!
