In a small hamlet of 4 houses, quiet, perched on the hill, it offers an unobstructed view of the valleys. It is at the foot of the forest and has all the assets for a total disconnection. The house is 3 minutes from Rémalard where you will find all the useful shops: bakery, cheese shop, grocery store, butcher, hotel-spa, Intermarché!

Very well restored (exposed beams, terracotta tiles, fireplace...), with a beautiful garden of 3.000 m² on the edge of field, a petanque field a few tens of meters from the house, all the ingredients are put together to enjoy the countryside and larges spaces. Close to the green way that connects Paris to Mont Saint-Michel, the surroundings offer multiple possibilities for hikes and walks.

Charlotte's house is a cottage that was completely refurbished at the end of 2019 respecting the percheron building with noble materials such as wood, stone, antique tiles and lime coatings. Located in one of the most beautiful villages in Parc Régional du Perche, it is the perfect place for a country stay less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances , bedding, SAUNA , wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

In a small quiet hamlet on the heights of Rémalard (all shops) and along a hiking circuit, this cottage in all inclusive formula is ideal to go green! Single-storey percheron farmhouse: living room with equipped kitchen, living room with 1 step (stove – wood provided, sofa bed for 2 people (sheets not provided), TV, desk), bedroom (bed for 2 people 160 x 200 cm – sheets provided) on the ground floor, bathroom (walk-in shower and corner bathtub), toilet.
