We had a wonderful stay at Landhaus Bambi!! Tanya is a very nice host and the apartment is really nice, insanely cozy and very quiet. We felt immediately comfortable and will recommend it with complete conviction! This apartment would always be our first choice in Ellmau. It couldn't be better! A heartfelt thank you to Tanya!!!

We had a wonderful holiday. The room was just as nice and very clean as in the photos. A balcony with mountain views and a very quiet area. Evelyn has prepared everything very nicely for us, even with signs to the accommodation, we felt very welcome right away. We also got tips for excursions, and my questions were answered quickly. I highly recommend the accommodation of the hostess Evelyn to everyone.

It was a wonderful stay with stunning views of the mountains at the "most beautiful end of the world." Recreation is guaranteed here. The hosts Conni and Christian are kind-hearted people, with whom you immediately feel at home and who are there to help. You can just tell that they're dedicated. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and has everything you need. We would definitely recommend the Basecamp and would love to come back.

A beautiful place with everything your heart desires. We stayed at the “Auszeit” lodge for the first time and will definitely be back. The place is super close to the ski resorts and is located on a beautiful spacious meadow with a mountain. The view is a dream and the accommodation is fully equipped, including the living room, bathroom and bedrooms, as well as the kitchen. There is a lot of love in the details and the hostess Daniela is always available and very accommodating. Not to forget the sauna, where you can relax wonderfully after an active day, here too the view outside is worthwhile for an incredible view. We had a very nice time and can't wait to come back!

Stefan's accommodation is definitely worth 5 stars, everything is very high quality and tastefully decorated. There's really nothing missing. We felt very comfortable from the first moment. A highlight of the apartment is the private sauna, the tranquility and the privacy. Stefan and Sonja are very likeable, helpful and friendly hosts. We can definitely recommend the accommodations. Great stay in this cosy flat with an amazing view of the Alps. The place was clean and had a nice, relaxing vibe. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed. Only downside was the wifi speed, which could’ve been better. Overall, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time. The apartment invites you to feel good. Everything necessary is available. Victoria was always easy to reach and there were no complications. There was plenty of parking and the view of the mountains was super nice.

We felt very comfortable, the contact was very friendly and Olli was extremely quick in answering. Check-in via key box was super easy, the savings directly opposite. The apartment was clean and prepared with attention to detail, so we felt right at home. For me, with my almost 2m, it was very important that the bed was open at the feet. Of course, the possibility of using the outdoor pool and mini golf for free was great and we could eat through the entire menu of the abundantly available restaurants. Really a great vacation, thank you. :)

Communication with Verena was very good, easy and absolutely straightforward from start to finish. We were allowed to enter the apartment much earlier, which was very accommodating for us with 3 children. Even during the 4 days, we always got direct answers to questions. Asked twice, helped ad hoc twice. The location is picturesque, especially the view of the Wilder Kaiser from the balcony has made the everyday stress disappear. The apartment was also absolutely clean and from our impression almost freshly renovated. We felt very comfortable at home and will prefer this apartment again if we go back to the region and vacation. Many thanks to the host who was always there when there were questions

We had a wonderful stay at Alexander's place. The apartment is super cozy and furnished with a lot of love and detail. Everything is super clean and tidy. The amenities are perfect, so much thought has been put into what you can use during a successful stay. Despite winter temperatures, the apartment is cozy and warm. We slept wonderfully in the pine bed. We enjoyed the view of the mountains and the nearby ski slopes and will be happy to come back! Thank you!

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean and is in a quiet, beautiful area – perfect for relaxing. We were particularly enthusiastic about the spacious and modern underground parking, which made parking super convenient. At our request, we were even provided with a vacuum cleaner – thank you for the quick and friendly service! Overall a very pleasant experience, we will be happy to come back.

Really nice furnished apartment with a well-equipped kitchen!! We had two dogs with us, so the location was ideal with a direct walk and also the small garden!! There are also many possibilities for hikes and excursions right outside the front door, really perfect for an active vacation!! It was also great that we had a location connection for our electric car in the garage. The only negative point is the amount of the extra fee for pets, which is definitely too high at €99 and already very outrageous!!

The stay in the apartment was comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The ski bus stop is about 2 minutes from the house, you could quickly get to the ski lift station. Available parking about 5 minutes from the apartment is charged extra (thanks to the parking card available in the apartment the fee is 50% less). The host of the house responds quickly to messages, and is helpful.

A great place to stay. Deniz communicated clearly and always responded quickly. The apartment is in a beautiful location ideal for exploring the whole area. There is everything that you need in the apartment to make your stay easy and all the equipment and furnishings are of the highest quality. We met the hosts who were extremely friendly and welcoming. Would not hesitate to recommend kaiserfleckerl if you are looking to stay in the Tirol region.

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for activities! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look inside the stable. The new apartment was furnished with loving details.

Everything is great and as described! Quiet location but 15 minutes by car to Innsbruck! Communication super straightforward and fast. We were completely satisfied :)

Great place to stay, exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and sauna, pool and hot tub can be used at any time. Communication was also hassle-free and always helpful. We fully recommend the place.

We had a wonderful weekend in the Sky Apartment. Check-in was super easy and we felt comfortable right away. Upon arrival, we were surprised with a card, sweets and a bottle of sparkling wine. The highlight was of course the hot tub on the balcony with beautiful views.

The place was beautiful and flooded with light. In the morning, we could enjoy the sun directly in the accommodation, and the garden offered the perfect opportunity to soak up the warm sunbeams in complete tranquility. Everything was perfect: The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and equipped with wonderfully thick, cozy blankets. The fireplace provided coziness, and in the basement there was even a small gym with everything you needed. Hubert and Ines were great hosts – always quick to communicate and incredibly helpful. They even provided us with sleds! An absolutely great place and fantastic hosts.
