Centrally located accommodation just 5 minutes from the center. Nevertheless, the apartment is located in a quiet residential area. The studio apartment is located in the basement, but has a large light shaft. Equipped with separate bathroom with shower/toilet, small kitchen with oven, coffee maker and fridge. In addition, cozy double bed, perfect for 2 adults. The large light shaft has terrace furniture. Unfortunately no view but directly at the ski bus stop.

The St. Johann ski resort, Kitzbühel is within easy reach. Through the separate entrance you are completely independent. Parking and Wi-Fi are also available. Ideal for 2 people with 1 bedroom and for 4 people there is also a pull-out couch in the kitchen-living room

We had a pleasant holiday at Bettina's place. The proximity to the Wilder Kaiser ski area is ideal. We were at the Itter cable car in 5 minutes by car. The apartment was very very clean and corresponded to the pictures! Communication with Bettina was excellent and she helped us quickly when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. Reachable for any phone call. Thank you for the stay. We will be happy to come back to Itter :)

The cottage is a dream to be in. The amenities are very high quality and nothing was missing. Lukas was very quick to reach with questions. The location is absolutely perfect if you are looking for some seclusion and an environment for outdoor activities. Hiking, cycling, swimming in good weather, everything is practically at your doorstep. We will be happy to come back.

Haus Kogler - Apartment

Haus Kogler is picturesquely located on the slope of the Little Salve. The ski lift (Salvistabahn) is about 10 min walk from the property. It is a good idea to store skis, snowboard and shoes in Intersport directly under the Salvista railway in a lockbox, so you can relax the footpath. Jill and her husband are very friendly, casual and have good recommendations for the area ready. House Kogler can accommodate up to 5 people; for three people or a small family it is perfect. Nearby are good restaurants (Gasthaus Rössel, Auf da Mühle, schoolhouse) as well as opportunities for spa (Franzlhof). Thank you for your hospitality!
