Our very bright, idyllic and quietly located apartment is on the first floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace area and the garden. The apartment is in mint condition, has rural modern furnishings and is very well equipped. Frasdorf lies at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestled in the gentle hills of the Alpine foothills. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

You can also get everywhere easily with the public transport. The cultural cities of Kufstein (10km) and Wörgl (5km) are nearby. The Ski World can be reached in 2 minutes by car, or you can walk 400 meters on foot and start your ski day directly on the slope.

Centrally located accommodation just 5 minutes from the center. Nevertheless, the apartment is located in a quiet residential area. The studio apartment is located in the basement, but has a large light shaft. Equipped with separate bathroom with shower/toilet, small kitchen with oven, coffee maker and fridge. In addition, cozy double bed, perfect for 2 adults. The large light shaft has terrace furniture. Unfortunately no view but directly at the ski bus stop.
