The non-smoking basement with 5 windows has a hallway with wardrobe, a daylight shower room with hairdryer and make-up mirror and a 40 m² living/sleeping room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa (also usable as a sofa bed), armchair, large smart TV, Wi-Fi/VDSL, telephone, desk, 140 cm wide bed and shutters.
