The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.

Our lake apartments ranging in size from 45 m² to 100 m² all have direct access to the lake. Each apartment has a terrace or balcony from where you can enjoy the lake. Directly in front of it is our private beach with jetty, where cozy garden loungers and parasols invite you to relax.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and can be reached via an outside staircase. It has a size of 45 square meters and stretches over 2 levels. From the living room, you can reach a 5 x 2 m balcony with lounger and a seating area. Not wheelchair accessible.
