Unsere gemütliche, grosse, helle Wohnung ist ideal für 1 - 3 Gäste, die sich eine erholsame Auszeit wünschen. Gleichzeitig ist es ein prima Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge nach Konstanz oder in die wunderschöne Umgebung . Zum See und sind es nur ein paar Minuten den Berg hinunter. Hier könnt Ihr schwimmen gehen oder mit der Fähre nach Meersburg übersetzen; und auch die Insel Mainau ist nicht weit. In die Altstadt führt ein schöner langer Uferweg oder der kostenlose, direkte Bus (ca. 15 min.).

Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.

Ein "Seeherzchen" für Zwei: Mit Pool und Sauna

Klein und gemütlich ist unser Apartment "Seeherzchen" (23 qm), das nur ein paar Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit Badeplatz entfernt liegt. Mit schönem Blick in den alten Schlosspark, genießt Du hier ein paar ruhige Tage am See. Dabei stehen Dir im Haus auch Hallenbad, Sauna oder Tischtennisraum zur Verfügung. Vielleicht schon bis bald?
