This modern studio apartment is located close to the lake (3 min.) and offers a clean and earthy design. The fully equipped kitchen, the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and the cozy living-room/dining area as well as the comfy double bed are inviting you to fully relax and enjoy yourself. Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

Lake Constance and park 10 min, train 12 min, Kliniken Schmieder 5 min, Constance by car or train 15 min. 35 m² of space for you alone, private bathroom, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, DeLonghi capsule machine, kettle, dishes. You have a view of the countryside and an entrance in the basement. New construction 2011, underfloor heating, perfect for solo travelers. You have it friendly and inspiring. A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, only 200 m from the swimming area by the lake. With a beautiful view of the castle park, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 am - 10 pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in BW (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. all year round.

Idyllic lakeside

Our cozy, large, bright apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests who want a relaxing break. It is also a great starting point for excursions to the beautiful surroundings and interesting destinations. Even in autumn and winter! It's only a few minutes down the mountain to the lake. Here you can transfer to Meersburg by ferry - and the island of Mainau is also not far away. A beautiful long waterfront path or the free, direct bus (about 20 min.) leads to the old town.

Cozy 1 room apartment with about 54 m2 , with a beautiful balcony facing south. Wi-Fi and parking available . The district of Radolfzell Böhringen has a very nice nature reserve, and is a good starting point for excursions of any kind. The A 81 is 3 minutes away by car, so you have a good connection to the transport network. Konstanz and Switzerland can be reached in 25 minutes. The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us. The first-floor apartment is centrally located in the old town between the Rhine and the cathedral. Within walking distance you can reach all the sights, localities, cultural attractions, the Rhine and Lake Constance.

Welcome to our cozy and quiet place to stay. Enjoy a few relaxing days, let your mind wander. For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.
