Beautiful spot! Great location, close to all the happenings of Ocean City, but peaceful and quiet at the house…perfect set up. Great neighborhood. The house is beautiful, all the beds very comfortable. The back deck is gorgeous, thoroughly enjoyed that space and taking the kayaks out on the canal! It’s worth bringing your own linens and towels, we packed everything into a large tote and it worked out perfectly. Very responsive and friendly host! We had a great time here and plan to return. Highly recommend!

This was our second time staying at the tiny house, and both times it was amazing. Great location, super close to the beach, and both of the hosts are extremely kind and responsive. The entire stay I felt at home. Worth every penny we spent, and we’re looking at coming back again next year!

To say this was anything shy of an amazing experience would be an understatement. I have never had a host so responsive and sweet. Courtney’s house was absolutely beautiful and the small details in her home made our stay cozy and warm. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our two dogs and the house was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need (the keurig machine stopped working our second day and she had one on our doorstep the very next morning, even though we said it wasn’t necessary) . The beach was a short 13 minute drive, the outlets were less than five minutes away and the restaurants were all within 15 minutes away. The neighborhood was situated in a very quiet community which made it very peaceful at night. I would 100% recommend Courtney’s home over and over. Thanks for an amazing experience!

This was the perfect stay for me and my friends. We needed a place to relax and spend some time together. This place has lots of room and the balcony was such a great place to get some relaxing in and conversation with friends. Vitaliy was a gracious host and was very quick to answer any questions we had. The stores for shopping and groceries were close to his place. Even though the weather was not on our side , We highly recommend his place for an all around great vacation.

Danielle’s place was just awesome. From the minute we walked in we felt right at home. Very spacious, bright and just lovely overall! The kitchen had everything that you could dream of. Whenever we thought, oh we need this and that, it was right there. The sunroom is a dream to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drink. The bedrooms upstairs are spacious, very comfortable and the bathrooms had all amenities that you needed. We didn’t really use the backyard due to the weather but I am convinced that you will have a great time outdoors if the temperatures are right!! We will definitely try to come back!! Thank you!!!

Perfect place to stay in Rehoboth! I felt it was much easier to get around the beach town from the location of this house.

Perfect spot for a long weekend with my pup. The condo was spacious and clean, not to mention quiet! I appreciated the ease of my drive to Lewes and its beaches. Would gladly stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sara‘s condo. The location was convenient to a lot of activities, and we appreciated the shopping center within walking distance. Our dog also enjoyed his stay! Thank you for the friendly, welcoming touches such as the complementary waters and snack/coffee as well as the dog treats! We would stay here again :-)

We loved the house. we brought our two adult daughters and I dog. there was a lot of room to relax. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We especially loved the outside deck and hot tub. The deck was well lit in the evening which was great. We would definitely like to stay here again .

My friend and I loved staying at this little house. It was so close to the beach, the hot tub was amazing in the evenings and the house was comfortable and welcoming. It was clean, organized and well stocked with the towels. Great little getaway spot at a wonderful price.

Chad's home was everything that our family needed. We were able to speak with Chad to get the layout of the pool area, which was amazing to use with my family. There was nothing within the home or the area you'll need. I would recommend Chad's home to anyone!

Marty’s place is perfect for a large group. It’s close to town and walkable to the beach. There is so much to do as well as the house is stacked with games. We loved hanging in the garage and by the hot tub. Would stay here again

The home is very spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. We liked that we could bike or walk to the pool, and the host was very responsive and accommodating to my group. Even at the last minute we made a switch and he was really nice about it and when the pool staff had trouble locating my passes, he called them right away! I would highly recommend this home. If I had to say thing to improve ….is that the bikes were not in great condition to ride , I brought my own and the chairs in the basement outside on the patio were dirty so I had to clean them myself…and the tv remote in the master was nowhere to be found. But other than those very minor things…. it was a wonderful stay with kids of all ages. The basement is set up for kids to have fun.

This was our second stay at Tortuga Cottage. As spacious and clean for my husband, me, and our two young boys plus our Labrador retriever as we remembered it from 2 years ago. It is nestled in a friendly, shaded neighborhood that felt safe and welcoming to walk our dog around and explore the local restaurants, trails, and stores. Only 15 minutes from the beach with accessible parking and locker rooms. Kristy was great at communicating before, during, and leading up to departing from our stay. If you’re on the fence about booking this place, just do it! You’ll be overjoyed that you did.

My family and I rented the house for a long weekend in early summer. We loved the privacy and the nature around the property literally had deer grazing around the house all of the time. The neighborhood is very good for walking. Close drive to Ocean City, Maryland plenty of restaurants and entertainment. We would definitely return.

This is a wonderful place. Location is the great! We enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace. Will definitely come back again!

We had a great stay at this AirBnB, it truly is right on the water. The pictures and all the listed amenities are accurate. The house was very clean and the air conditioning worked great on hot days. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious and each bedroom and the living room has their own Smart TV. We appreciated the first floor bedroom and bathroom for our older guests. The location provides immediate access to the beach with a lovely deck, a short drive to Milton restaurants and a quick walk to the Broadkill store for pantry items. The houses are close together and everyone was friendly and respectful of quiet hours. Linda was incredibly responsive and check-in was easy.

The house and neighborhood were extremely nice and peaceful. The privacy fence in the back yard is wonderful for traveling with dogs. There were two huskies next door that liked to look down from the second floor and woo at you so keep that in mind if you have a reactive doggo. Not sure if they live there or just vacation. The house was nice and clean. You'll need to take your own linens. There were ants in the kitchen but mostly contained by the ant traps. There was a storm that tripped one of the electric controls for the kitchen. Danna was able to respond the next morning and let us know where the fuse box was to fix it. Only about 0.4 miles from a nice but busy coffee shop and store. Only a couple blocks from the beach. Easy to Uber down to the boardwalk or restaurants. Overall very nice place if you're looking for peace but close to activities.

FANTASTIC place if you want to be close to the beach. The house is dog friendly as is Broadkill beach. Would be great for families too but it was set up so nicely for someone who travels with their dog. Very clean and has everything you need. I plan to return to this rental whenever I visit the beach!

My family like many others is spread all over the place, and Rehoboth has long been our meeting place. However with multiple generations come very specific needs and Leigh’s house seemed to check all the boxes. It wasn’t until we arrived that we realized we would have our best family trip yet. From the spacious rooms and privacy for those of us needing to work, vs outdoor spaces (balcony, yard, patio, deck) for those wanting to play, we had it all. This may be the first time no one got annoyed with anyone else on a family vacation—because we all had space to breathe and relax as well as come together in the living room and lovely massive, well equipped kitchen. (Seriously, the knife set?! And even a popcorn popper? And a lemon juicer? Pepper grinder? Be still my beating Airbnb heart!) Leigh was super responsive anytime I had a question, and sent a wonderful restaurant rec list that gave us our fave meal. Linens and beds, amazing! Beach gear is A+. We’ll be back 💯!!!

The location was perfect! Having the bedrooms on multiple floors helped our multi generational family have their privacy while coming together on the main floor. The area was quiet and having 3.5 baths was great when we came off of the beach. HIGHLY recommend. Kitchen had everything we needed and more! Great place!

Great place to stay. Place is convenient, but also has some other extras. We needed beach chairs and those were on the premises. Checkout was easy and not over complicated. Will probably stay there again if it works out.

I stayed here as a group of 9 and we had a great time! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and we enjoyed the rec center. The balcony was a favorite place in the house as well as the long table that fit us for multiple board games. Everyone felt right at home and had a blast trying Kimberley’s recommendations in the area. We’d love to come back to Delaware and stay here again!

My family of ten adults and two small children stayed at Christine’s place for a short beach vacation and it was perfect for us! We enjoyed the private, country feel and had campfires in the fire ring several nights. It was just a short drive from several nice beach areas, which made it a very convenient location. The house was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. Just what we look for in an Airbnb. Thank you for a great stay! Lots of memories made here!
