Vacation rentals with beach access in Regional Municipality of York

This has been hands down the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. Dawn and Rob have truly thought of everything to make the space feel like home! They were very quick to respond to questions and had great recommendations for the area. The entire place was well stocked with everything you could think of including board games, cookware and much more. We will definitely be back!

Susan and Ken are awesome, friendly, professional hosts. They have a clean cozy, homely loft overlooking their tranquil beautiful garden perfect for longer stays. They went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable even added an umbrella in the patio outside for my husband to have a smoke without getting drenched in the rain. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home.

Myra is a lovely host and the space is beautiful. The basement unit is cool, private and well laid out. I greatly appreciated the stocked tea cupboard and the complimentary shower toiletries. The toilet paper and towels were beautifully folded and it felt like a staying in a very private hotel space. Myra was communicative, kind, quick to respond and checked in to make sure that everything was comfortable. Expectations of the space, and the check in/check out instructions were very clear. The unit was incredibly tidy and clean- clearly well loved and cared for by the host. Myra is clearly dedicated to making sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. Would recommend and stay again. A great spot to land after a long day. Thank you Myra!

Perfect for a two-night stay with my son for a baseball tournament. Clean, quiet, and has everything we needed. Irene was great at communicating.

First cottage trip with friends this summer. Stayed 3 nights and had a blast. Clint was responsive and gave us great recommendations for activities/food around the area. We were able to have a great time cooking meals with the already provided cookware, utensils, bonfire (s’mores) etc. Utilized the big TV for movies, Nintendo Switch games, and music. If you’re interested in a clean mix between cottage vibes and homey this is the right place to pick. Would come back again. Aside from staying in we visited Friday Harbour: okay boardwalk (not much to do but to walk around), trail was nice.

Elias' place was a wonderful getaway for our group of 3 families. We all have toddler aged children, the space is very accommodating for them, the beach is 30 seconds walk away from the home and there are children's toys and books that Elias offered for us to share in. The water is really nice, great dock access. About 2ft deep at the dock and fairly weedy, you have to swim out about 30-40m to get to deeper water for a nice swim. The paddleboard worked really well for us! Outdoor patio space is fantastic, there is a large umbrella for shade for the sectional and the outdoor dining table. BBQ, outdoor shower, swing, children swings and slide, and fire pit all made for a very pleasant experience. Hot tub was lovely and comfortably sits 4. Kitchen was lovely and fully stocked, has everything you might need to cook your meals. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were very clean. Elias was great and communicative, we look forward to our next stay!

Beautiful space for a group of 8. Enjoyed the neat and tidy space with the extra amenities such as the pillows and blankets. Train station was really close too which made travel really easy. Annick is an amazing host and if I ever had the chance book here again, I would!

Saman was a great host. He was friendly and very welcoming. He personally came over to explain everything regarding his property and ensuring we have everything we need. He was also always available for us with any questions we had. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay with him again!

Had a very nice stay. The proximity to the Toronto Pan Am Centre was amazing, only a 5 minute drive. It was nice to be able to make a big, nutricious breakfast for my son before his swim meet instead of staying at a hotel. The place had a portable heater in the living area but if you need your room warm at night, you might want to bring your own. We like our rooms cold at night so it was perfect for us. the host was very responsive and we were also able to park in the driveway.

We have been to a lot of different airbnbs around the world and this was definitely one of our favorites. Alison was very easy to deal with and communicate with. This house is in a great location and just about a hundred meters to Lake simcoe. The house is small but very functional for our family of two adults and two children. The neighbors across the street were very friendly and they even lent my children golf clubs and fishing rods to go fishing. You can tell this is not a property just for Airbnb, as it felt like a home that someone lives in. It was cosy and verything was spotless . We were hoping to stay another month but it was already booked. We will be back again.

We had a lovely stay at Matt’s place. The home was immaculate and comfortable. We used the fire pit, games room and the hot tub. We like to cook our own meals and appreciated the large kitchen and cupboard space. Plenty of parking for our 3 vehicles. Thanks Matt!

Tristan’s stay was amazing! From booking to checking out the entire process was seamless, not to mention the amenities in the AIRBNB were amazing - remember to bring your own toiletries but other than that - FANTASTIC stay chef’s kiss! The condo was absolutely immaculate and we will 100% be coming back and staying at one of Jack's units and would love to have people come back with us! The amenities however at Friday Harbor were disappointing because the pool, hot tub and nature preserve were all closed. All of these things were the main reason we booked at Friday Harbor because we knew the water in Lake Simcoe would be freezing and having the pool and hot tub would make up for that. But, that is no fault of Jack's so he is still getting a 5 star rating ! The short walk to all the shops and restaurants was amazing and the Dirty Oar food and service was incredible. We would love to come back when everything is open! Thank you for being an amazing host !

Stephanie was wonderful and the space she has is so perfect! Love that there is main floor back door access and super easy to get in and out of the parking garage as she’s on the main floor. Will definitely stay again!

We had such a peaceful long weekend stay at Ana's! The location was perfect and exactly described; overlooks right into the marina, amazing restaurants just right down the steps and extremely quiet! We didn't hear a single sound from any of neighbours around us. The space looked even more beautiful than the pictures. My husband and I were shocked to see just how incredibly clean the apartment was; not a single speckle anywhere! We were welcomed by a lovely snack basket (which my husband devoured on the first night) and a bottle of wine. Even included amenities in the bathroom which was wonderful since I forgot our toothbrush. The bathroom was so cozy and such a lovely surprise to have a tub. We will definitely be coming back!

Loved our stay! Place was spotless and just as described, and check-in was smooth with clear instructions. Unfortunately the Nature Preserve was closed during our stay, and the pool was closed for maintenance, but Lina was accommodating otherwise. One thing to note is that the unit is right next to a stairwell exit, so if you have a sensitive dog like ours, they may be disturbed by some noises. Thanks again for the great stay!

We had an amazing time at Kevin’s place! It was the perfect peaceful getaway from the city. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. Kevin was a great host—very responsive to messages and incredibly accommodating, even allowing us a late check-out which we really appreciated. My kids & I had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear check-in instructions and great local recommendations. The location was perfect—close to everything, but quiet enough to relax. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

My boyfriend and I stayed the weekend, it was a great location, Joe was very responsive and friendly! We had only 1 concern with the bbq that was not clean, but it has been handled with effectively. Overall space was very clean, it was easy to find kitchen supplies, and other items in the house! A great location with stores, restaurants at a walking distance, and other attractions within a 30 minute drive
