It's a two-story townhouse. Downstairs, an open terrace, a covered porch, a living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. Upstairs, a double bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and another outdoor terrace. It has 2 TVs (32-inch Smart TV in the living room and another 20-inch in the bedroom). Air conditioning with a heat pump and ceiling fan both on the upper floor.
